- In my series of #kettlebellcomparisons this is no3 with @DenisVasilevKettlebell
Heavy kettlebell snatch 36kg with differences between world class amateur and work class professional kettlebell sport athletes .
What do you think?
Who do you want to see compared next?
I'm incredibly humbled by Denis wanting to do this with me!
Joe Daniels

This actually show's how good Joe's form is. Also just glad there's a bulky person doing this so I have a more accurate reference point for myself. Love the pros but I'm generally a wider body type than them.
That’s awesome! 2 of the top 5 Kettlebell coaches I watch closely to learn this art! Not sure I’ll get there but I’m in it as long as my body allows me! 👌🏽🤙🏽
Interesting!
Denis is one of the best out there!
You've got heart to do this, Joe, and you kept up! Kudos!
Watching the legs is interesting- especially how the opposite leg to lifting arem works way harder
A beautiful Demonstration of two different styles! Thank you!
Thank you
Kettlebell snatches are fun. Joe, seeing some of your videos encouraged me to put the snatch back in my training arsenal
My second favorite.
Great form. I picked up some tips. You're both world-class.
Denis is one of the best ever . I'm a strong amateur.
@@kettlebellmusclegain Will you ever go pro?
Hi!Grate respect for both athletes!Looks like Denis uses more momentum, more hinge and Joe more arm and shoulder power!Maybe lm wrong!Im watching your both channels!Thank you very much!👍😄
Very good eye. I wish my adductors gave me more space to do so
This is awesome Joe! Great share
Thanks. Wanna play?
My observation and impression:
Denis appears to take the kettlebell much further back before snatching it. Maybe this helps generate more force ?
Your upper body physique seems to be built more for pressing. Do you know if you can press more than Denis?
We're very different in body type and density , mobility. My max overhead press is 4 reps of 2x40kg. Not sure what Denis is. Our lever lengths are very different as well. I have a very long torso and shorter arms therefore I can't really swing back too deeply otherwise I'll be flexing in my hip way more than is necessary but his arms are longer and his torso is shorter so it looks like it's deeper at the same hip hinge
Great form joe! I've got 2x24kg and 1 32kg... I know how hard that is!!! Great channel
Great. Thank you
How he flicks the KB directly over his hand, however you subtly roll your wrist around the KB more. Is that just down to preference?
Preference. Now find what you like the best
Do you have long cycle training programs for beginners?
Great display
Thank you
That guy is good I have seen some of his videos.
One of the best the world has ever seen in kettlebell Sport competition
Wow impressive
Thank you
🔥🎸🔥
Anatomy at work.
У Дениса техника по лучше! Ну ты сильнее!
Thank you this was fun to make with Denis
Got to 24kg, but that's it. 36kg? I don't think I would try that, even if I could.
Nice job 24kg is great !
I cannot tell a difference in technique 🤔
☺️
Denis seems to hinge more deeply than you, so probably uses less arm power than you.
I hinge as much as I can
@@kettlebellmusclegain Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming you, it's just a comparison.
