The double power clean is one of my favorite exercises.
This channel has the best demonstration of kettlebell exercises, performed with impeccable form. I've recommended it to my friends who wanted to get into kettlebells.
double split clean looks INTENSE
my local bootcamp only does: single arm clean, double arm clean, swings, single press, double press. that's it.
these look very fun/rough but wonder if my instructor would get angsty if I suggested him using these XD

Wow cant wait to try these. Do you have vids that focus more on a muscle group but also still working on mucsles around that focused muscle. I still do split on weights 3x a week so quads and shoulders etc
