    Hi, You have a great channel. what sport do you do How often do you train? For the last exercise, the legs down more. It's very easy for you.

      Hi and thank you! Im not a part of any sports team or anything, but I practice gymnastics in my free time and I also run!

      Yes. I was looking at your Instagram. It's admirable that you don't go to any sports club. It's a shame. You are talented. You have good acrobatics and technique. Your condition could be better. and your stretching can be improved too. How often do you do conditioning and stretching?@@Louisejhanna
