My finals are approaching and this is exactly what I need to get ready for a big study day. I can't tell you how many times I've tried "beginner friendly" workouts that weren't beginner friendly at all. I hate jumping and cardio and this was just what I needed to wake my body up. Thank you so much!!
Even though a lot people already pointed it out: I love that it’s ACTUALLY beginner friendly. Before I knew what was going on, the 10 min were over. I felt good and motivated afterwards, had a nice quick shower and was ready for the day. THANK YOU!!! 🤩🤩
yeah!!! all the other "beginner" workouts r so complicated and hard but this one is just the right amount of physically challenging but also simple. i can actually keep up with this one instead of giving up

Agreed - i had a bit of trouble with the half pushup and wide squat on tip toes thing but just did it a bit more modified for what I can do.
I know! When it ended I was like “Oh wow! I feel great!”
First workout where "you can just do this when you roll out of bed" is 100% accurate

First "beginner friendly" workout ive seen so far that is ACTUALLY beginner friendly🎉 I love that its only 10 minutes so that you will have both the energy and time to do it every day while youre building a habit and routine of working out❤❤ Havent been to the gym in a year and im really trying to get started with moving my body again so this was great

I'm breaking out of my depression, too. I started doing these 10 min beginner workouts about 2 weeks ago, at first it was once every few days... and then it began to be every day as I write this. The music gives me the perfect vibe, I'm glad there's a timer that beeps at the end if each set, and the movements have a good flow. I'm so grateful for this content, it's helping me gain access to feeling good about myself again 💕

I was hard on my lazy body...and my legs muscles are aching but it was achievable and I achieved it (with a few breathless breaks 😅😅). Hope I can enjoy it one day like you do❤️❤️
You will get there! Baby steps, for me anyways. Starting out here, with 5 min morning stretching routine moving muscles and joints first since I'm overweight and outta shape, but hoping to get to doing this every morning. Then adding maybe 10 minutes in evening, and/or walking a couple days a week, but think this is a great place to start, even if a bit hard, it's not too overwhelming. Best of luck!
Oh my goodness. How many 'beginner' workouts I've tried that aren't beginner at all. But this one is perfect! I was able to do everything, didn't hurt myself, and I'm sweating with heart pumping and labored breathing. Thank you! I leave the house by seven and don't get home until five. So ten minutes seems doable to get me started. :)

Yesterday I did day 1 of my new morning routine! This was perfect for someone who doesn’t work out at all but know they need to recover from pandemic sloth and get back to a healthy state of mind and body. Thank you for the calm music, no voiceover, countdown, and rests. I think I can actually do this!

I love this- I used to workout for hours at a time everyday, and now all of a sudden I can barely walk up stairs or complete weekly taekwondo training, this is the first workout I've completed in months, thank you! Here's to a happy and healthy 2024!
I’ve done this for around 1 week now and I feel so much healthier! When I’m done with the workout I eat a healthy breakfast and try to eat healthy the rest of the day,
I do also have a evening workout.

I recently came out of a horrible depressive episode that lasted me three months. I was literally bwd rotting and many doctors have told me that if i dont start working out i will have serious health issues. I already have scoliosis and chronic lower back pain. And im only 16. These workouts help me much more than you think they do thank you❤

this was definetly beginner friendly, i'm 15 and in quarentine i've gained some weight, didn't think it was that much but i guess i was wrong, i loved exercise but i forgot how hard it is, this really helped me get back on track

GIRL i actually wanna thank you for this one, I recently went from a very active job to a desk job where i am doing absolutely nothing. This was so helpful for getting me moving without feeling shitty because I couldn’t finish what some label as “beginner” workouts!! I actually felt great after finishing this!💙

As a begginer that don't workout at all was very begginer friendly and will suggest this for all teenagers out there, this was really helpful❤
This was both a great actual warm up for people like me that are out of shape and require something low impact, and also just a fantastic format to follow along to. So many videos jump into mat exercises where you look down and I struggle to see what I'm supposed to be doing; the previews during the rests are really helpful!

With online school I def don't get enough movement, that makes my whole body is just painfull but if I get some movement in my morning routine I don't have that pain.

I did this for a week straight and felt REALLY good about how well I could keep up; and then I took some time to focus in on posture and really slowing down to do the workout RIGHT and suddenly it's WAY harder. Don't let it get in your head to put it off and put it off if it seems hard! Any movement is good for your mind and body, especially in these times. It's not about being perfect, it's about movement.
Mind if you share with us any videos you watched for posture? I'm in need of those right now haha

I finally found something what suits me, other morning workouts which I found are pretty high intensity for me, but your workout is enough to warm up, but not that much to be out of energy for the rest of day. :DD

Perfect easy morning routine! You sold me on the “roll out of bed/still in pajamas” feature. The less steps there are to getting into a workout the less opportunities there are to come up with an excuse to not do it!

here in canada its hard to do sports outside in winter as its too slippery most days. love that this is beginner friendly and still gets you out of breath in 10 minutes. i LOVE that she is showing whats next before the time starts counting. it's perfect for a busy day to get you going and moving in the morning.
