We miss Pope Benedict. That is for sure.
You might miss Pope Benedict but there are many who don't. As a Pope he was a complete and utter failure. Totally unsuited for the position he was ordained to. He made excuses on the grounds of health as to why he had to relinquish the position but there were other more apparent issues as to why he couldn't fulfil the duties of that position.
The first time I read about Pope Francis washing the 🐾 feet of Rome 's inmates years ago, including Muslim inmates, he has my respect 🙏

What are you trying to say? We Catholics don't think popes are supernatural. Some do become saints for facilitating miracles but that is assessed after their death.
The Pope has zero power to change the Gospel of Jesus. His sole purpose is to make sure outside influences do not corrupt the church with radical ideas.

If some people don’t have anything kind or nice to say about Pope Francis and what he’s doing, they should keep quiet and keep their opinions to themselves. Because Pope Francis has undergone negative criticism and negative comments from people who don’t like him and don’t like what he’s doing and don’t agree with him. So these negative comments and negative criticisms aren’t helpful. If you have a problem, take it up with God. As for me, I’ve said some positive comments about Pope Francis as and I refuse to say anything negative about him.

@@mditt7 More I learn about Orthodoxy, I get more impression It may be the one true Church, because it seems that It has historical continuity and more consistent theology. Have you ever heard of Donation of Constantine or Filioque issue? It seems strange for me that Church guided by the Holy Spirit had to force it's ideas on the rest of the Church by forgeries and unconsulted changes in the confession of faith.
The whole issue of Vatican II and Novus Ordo looks at least confusing to me, as well.
