    In 13 full seasons, MJ played in all 82 games 9 times, including once at age 39/40, with the Wizards…so that means that MJ played in all 82 games with the Bulls 8x while leading the NBA in scoring 10x, won Defensive Player of the Year 1x, led the NBA in Steals 3x - over 200 steals and over 100 blocks, won 5 NBA MVPs , won 6 Championships, and won 6 Finals MVPs, won 2 consecutive All-Star Slam Dunk Titles, and made the NBA 1st Team All-Defense 9x (tied for most with Kobe, Kevin Garnett, and Gary Payton)…still waiting to see if any of todays players can match that or surpass those amazing feats of strength and durability…my guess is that it’s going to be a really long time from now…MJ did manage to shatter a backboard in an exhibition game before starting his NBA career…an ET disguised as a mere mortal, basketball player…✌️😎🎤🔥🐐👽

      jordan actually made the bulk of his stats in 11 seasons. One season, out with broken foot, came back at end and played 17 games. The other was coming back after baseball at the end of the season and only playing 24 games. So two seasons that are write offs. The last two were with Washington which are massively underrated and he got hurt and didnt finish where he was almost averaging 24ppg . Next season, not 100% , played all 82 games. There is a good video of his two years with wizards that shows how good they were. So he realistically played 11 years , the bulk of his stats and 9 of those years full 82 games. Insane. If people dont think that year he broke his foot he wouldnt have played the 82 games youre kidding yourself and if he did have a full season coming back from BB, that would be another 82 games. One of a kind .

    The whole thing with playing "all out" with Jordan is that he said at one point is every night he's not playing is a missed opportunity for a new fan to see him. Something in the lines of that. But yeah man, let's not forget Lebron was always a blessed physical specimen coming into the NBA. On top of that the tremdious advancement in medical and sports medicine in the 2000s which is also aided by a less defensive and less physical era too.

If you couldn’t see that watching him play the last 17 games of the season going into the playoffs then that’s telling. Even his opponents said that despite him playing well he still wasn’t the same and that they could see him overthinking at times. Other players since MJ have had big hands but the incredible one-handed things MJ did (literally ALL the TIME) ...it's hard to explain but nobody does stuff like that! The way Jordan handles the ball with one hand is part of what makes people say he looks like an alien or doesn't seem human. Another thing awesome but freaking weird about Mike...have you seen his passing highlights? The dude is a compulsive no-looker! 😂😂. Its like his head automatically snaps the opposite direction before he passes the ball! In his passing highlights video there's maybe 3 passes where he looks. All the rest, no look lifestyle.
      Freaking alien.
      Which reminds me of another thing, someone needs to make a "Jordan no-look buckets" video. How is he always shooting backwards and sh!t? He does that A LOT. Its weird. Hoooowww??? Every game he has eyes in his back, crazy glue hands, his neck automatically bends away from the direction of his passes, and he shoots with one hand (like a gentle looking shot) but somehoe the ball launches outta his hand like his fingers are spring loaded. Hooww?? I wish someone would make a compilation of 'MJ is an Alien moments' and focus on that sh!t. Like you said, this stuff isn't talked about enough.
      Maybe include a section on MJs ridiculous violent azz blocks, too...just for comic relief.

    In my opinion Lebron isn't conservative, he is lazy. Michael, Larry, and Kobe didn't know the word lazy. Did it have an impact on their careers, I believe that is left up to luck and circumstances. Kobe caught the injury bug late in his career and he kept coming back too soon and reinjuring himself which led to his final decline. Michael broke his foot early in his career, came back when it was time, and went on to win 6 championships without any MAJOR injuries. What is disappointing about Lebron is he will leave ANY team if it means he could win another championship with a stacked roster. Lebron's history with his teams and final appearances tells the entire story. The word is called "Inconsistent". Some days he feels like playing, other times you can tell by his body language that he doesn't care. Michael, Larry, and Kobe left everything out on the floor and didn't want to leave their teams. They preferred to build a dynasty from the ground up and not look for an easy title with a stacked roster..

      well,with jordan and Kobe’s circumstances in his years when they weren’t the same as lebron,jordan had jerry Krause,Kobe was already on a good team from day one,the moment he was starting and not on the bench they started winning,it took 7 years for jordan to win his first ring,it took lebron a little more,but most of those years were on a team that didn’t want to get guys to support bron,(im not saying lebron is better than jordan im just stating the facts) now what separates this from them is that when lebron ACTUALLY had a team the 2011 meltdown happened which was one of the worst performances from a superstar EVER.And honestly besides 2016,and 2018 i really cant pin point really a case for how he could be better than jordan as an individual player

    Not only MJ dunked on every big man but he also blocked at least half of them...one particular play that is stamped in my mind is against the Rockets: in a single possession MJ blocked Hakeem and a couple of seconds later stripped him of the ball...that's insane especially considering Hakeem's size and the fact that he was one of the most skilled centers if not the most ever to step foot on the bball court...
    As for the "all in" part I would argue that back in the 80-90's there was hardly any player that would not compete at his highest level every single night. No load management, no made up excuses to miss a game, players were just eager to go out on the court and compete to prove themselves. Add the physicality and the defense which was a much bigger part of the game back then and you can easily understand why players' peaks did not last more than 10-15 years

    While I agree that the narrative that the Bulls only didn’t win in ‘95 was because Jordan wasn’t in full game shape I will say that that he was about 85% of himself. Like you said, the matchup didn’t help. The Magic had the deeper and more talented team. They probably could have won with MJ 100% just because of the Bulls thin roster.
    A lot of people like to point out that the Bulls won 50+ without MJ but that was in ‘94. The ‘95 was struggling and not much above .500.
    Not to mention that the Rockets and Magic were built perfectly for those two years they moved in the three point line. They both had all time greats at center and were surrounded with three point shooters.

    To me, Jordan retired at 35 because that is the general age when people retire because their body cant take the stress anymore. Load management was not a thing. When he came back on the wizards, he messed up his knees even more. Even Bird tried to keep playing after tearing both his achilles. I think Jordan set the bar at his first three peat but then did it again. Jordan literally was playing above everyone's expectations. Now adays everyone sets there goals at six rings. Even Tom Brady.

    MJ's "all out" mindset is what in my honest basketball opinion drove him to the GOAT 🐐 status.
    He was the best on both sides of the ball at his position, nobody but Wilt was as dominate on offense and defense as MJ and Wilt.
    What seperate the two was MJ was the greatest and most decorated winner while being dominating all his competitors on both sides of the ball.
    That "all out" mindset gave him MVP, DPOY, All Star MVP, scoring champ, 1st team all NBA, in the same year right?
    So, the moral of the story is MJ's competitive nature left him at the top of the mountain by himself, no equal, and I believe that's why he didn't play way longer. Wasn't nothing left to prove.
    He literally saw, came and conquered!
    Essentially, MJ accomplished in 13 years with the Bulls what 99.9% of NBA players haven't come close to playing way more years than MJ.

Zero load management, zero quit, zero let up on defense. You said his mind was not there even though physically, he was. His father was murdered. Murdered. He had to walk away to deal with that. So he left and then he came back and won three more in a row. It's not human to be able to do that. And, by the way, Michael doesn't make excuses. Never did.

    Thing is YES Jordan was Jordan, he would always comeback and do good BUT could he go all the way...that's the problem. A Basketball body is completely different to a baseball body.

      @itzkhiiii  Před 5 měsíci

      i agree,but i just don’t know,physically he may have been a little fatigued in clutch moments because even in the double nickel game you could see he was tired,but he did drop 55 points on the knicks,he probably wasn’t in shape mentally because he was second guessing and not doing things as he normally would due to his lack of confidence in his skills,because he didn’t have a proper off season or training

  • @ChristxMinded247
    @ChristxMinded247 Před 4 měsíci

    Well its not only playing all out. The game was more physical then it is today, WAY MORE LOL. So the fact he played that long in a physical league is good. In today's game i'm not saying he would play as long as Lebron, but im sure he would have more in the tank.

    Yes the NBA has every game since they began filming the games. Including ABA footage too since they own them. Only thing I didn't like about this vid is the production itself because you can literally find all these clips of Jordan on youtube in other channels and all they did was pick the best of what they found and compiled them in a time line manner. The quality on each individual clip is not consistent.

    Pay attention to how we do the calculations. If he had concentrated more on 3 points, Jordan would have had a better percentage, because he would have had more practice.

    I'm sorry my brother but the reason they lost was because Jordan was not in playoff shape he only played 17 games, after not playing for 1 & a half. Yes he had flashes of his old self but he was not there mentally to do it consistently. Just think the very next year they swept the magic & all they added to the team was Rodman. If you're a Jordan fan u kno he does not make excuses so if he says he wasn't all the way there yet then he wasn't that's why he trained so hard that off season

    • @itzkhiiii
      @itzkhiiii  Před 5 měsíci

      in a mental standpoint yes,but even jordan will say this but if you lace up and step foot on the basketball court that means your ready to play no matter what

  • @tudorm6838
    @tudorm6838 Před 5 měsíci

    MJ did not play conservatively, but he still did not give the maximum possible. In the playoffs, with stronger teams, he always had better results than in the regular season. Plus, in many matches, when needed, he could accelerate and score point after point. I don't mention "revenge" matches in which he always had at least 40-50 points.
    He was able to win in 1994 and 1995, but he withdrew primarily because he was affected by the death of his father. He could have won in 1999, but the management did not want to keep the team. He left because he would have continued just to win the championship.
    Normally, in sports where you run a lot, you can perform well only a few years after 30 (essential hormones are no longer produced by the body in sufficient amounts for high performance). If in recent years it has been easier to overcome this barrier, it is because the normal limits of the body are helped with newer support substances and I don't know if they are really legal.

    • @itzkhiiii
      @itzkhiiii  Před 5 měsíci

      you think jordan would have won if the team was kept in 99???

    • @tudorm6838
      @tudorm6838 Před 5 měsíci

      Jordan could have kept his form and focus for another year, so the main issue will be a possible weak link in the team. For example, Scottie Pippen had back problems. Or Rodman who had problems staying focused on the game. (not in a specific game, but in general). In their advantage was the following fact: when the Bulls win 4-2, for example, they don't win by chance. When they lost, most of the time the game was close, and when they won, they were usually at a loose distance.

    • @itzkhiiii
      @itzkhiiii  Před 5 měsíci +1

      yea my concern never has jordan,i think he would be his normal self,my concern was the bulls everyone except jordan was on the decline

    I feel like I have an argument for the idea that even with replay today, they possibly wouldn’t call Jordan with the push off on Russell.
    Officials are supposed to and also say that they look for arm extension and Jordan was smart enough to drop his hand immediately straight down. The only argument I think you can make for calling anything on Jordan is if they thought he used Russell to gain balance before shooting. Otherwise, Russell’s momentum was going away from MJ.
    The Miller push off on Jordan is more of your typically called push offs……and even that wasn’t called. Miller even said he was putting pressure on the refs to make a call.

    • @itzkhiiii
      @itzkhiiii  Před 5 měsíci

      yes,that miller moment was definitely a push off,when i first saw that i got mad cause that should gotten called,but the “push off” in 98 i don’t know really.I really don’t want to say yes because the way he placed his hand and took it down on the snatch,i don’t think you can push someone that hard at that angle to make them fall.

    I don't feel playing or not playing conservatively had affect on length of career. Keep in mind how or why MJ only has 13 seasons. He went to college for 3 yrs, retired to play baseball for almost 2 yrs then was also basically forced to retire for another 3 yrs by Krause, that's almost 8 yrs missed & none of those were due to health or decrease in performance/effectiveness. Not only did MJ play all 82 gms 9 times, but atleast 80 in 11 out of 13 yrs & in those gms averaged 38+ minutes in a more physical league yet he still was considered not only the best offensive player, but one of the best defensive when he was on the court & his accolades say it all. He's still the only one to ever win MVP & DPOY in the same season. Kenny the Jet put it best when he said MJ was the most fundamentally sound player ever who also just happened to he the best athlete.

    If you look at the years MJ took more 3PT shots, his % was considerably higher, so in all honesty he would have been in the Reggie Miller range or better in 3PT% if he actually focused on the 3PT shot, he just chose not to as he didn't want that mentality.

    I don’t know if you notice the reason why Michael Jordan retired was his father was assassinated in North Carolina, and the reason why he wore number 45 that was his baseball number. His father always wanted him to pursue his baseball career but then MJ came back and woke up and said yo I’m the best basketball player in the world in the league in the universe that has ever been. and the rest is history LeBron are you kidding me Kobe it’s better than Queen James

    You have no idea what you're talking about concerning MJ's "comeback" in 95 for the last 17 regular season games.
    If you know anything about sports, particularly 2 different sports at the same time, MJ was in baseball shape, not basketball shape.
    With that being said, did MJ have "moments" in games where you seen glimpses of his previously greatness before he stepped away, sure, he's MJ so that will happen.
    However, if you know sports, and not just by playing them, you will understand the difference my guy.
    So to your point, was MJ still MJ, yes, but was he basketball shape MJ no.
    Had they made it to the finals that year he would have earned his only finals lose.
    The evidence about what I'm saying is what he did in 96. Basketball shape, focus, etc..he dominated even as he was older and getting up there in age, 96 he put the NBA on notice that he was still the big dog around here, word up!
