    1.don't skip any meal
    2. Only 2 fruits & 2 cups milk
    3.sleep well
    4. Drink plenty of water
    5. Totally avoid junk food(pkt ,bakery items)
    6. Balance meal
    7. Always Stay positive ,stay away from depression
    8. check weight only once in a month
    9. Eat slowly, take min.half hour for 1 meal
    10. Always keep urself active, use high fiber diet .
