I have severe left knee problem .So i was going through u tube .All of a sudden i remembered you madam,i usedto follow you on tv channel MN any years ago .That was fantastic .So now i tried your knee asanas .within 15 minutes i got lot of relief .Thanks mam .U r great 🙏

excellent recommendations for reducing knee pain through diet, individualized yoga postures based on abilities; balancing sitting & standing - my lower back pain requires I put a cushion/rolled up pillow/rolled up towel under my behind if seated, under my lower back if lying down & avoiding chair yoga, especially any twisting - empowering mindset reminders always helpful
