You cannot lose fat in a certain area only. No matter what, fat will be lost evenly throughout your body. You can gain muscle in certain areas to make them appear larger, but not with fat.

Hi Roberta gym....I'm a 14 year old teenage girl, height 5.48 cm and weight 60 kg will it work out for me as I've been sitting for very long hours during my exam and I've gained a lot of weight so will this work for me and also how many times should I do this workout in a day and till how much time will I see the results?
Well done on your exams! Do a video like this 3 times a week, sleep 7 to 9 hrs a night, eat 3 homecooked meals a day and cut out the sugars, sweets, sodas and takeaway junk food. Slow and steady weight loss is more likely to be permanent. Half your plate with veg, quarter carbs and quarter protein. Good food intake and sleep is more important than exercise for weight loss. Full fat dairy for your growing bones is very important too. Good luck!
Is 60kg not a good weight? Im from america (unfortunately), so when I transfer is to pounds (132.30lbs), you’re in a perfect weight area for 14 years old.

Its depends you know, all people have different body and all , some people can lose a lot and some people can lose a little

Hello, babitaverma3467! If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪
