20 min DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUT | Full Body | With Warm Up + Cool Down

  • Join me for a 20 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUT for an express full body routine. All you need is a mat and a medium set of weights. Today I'll be using two 10LB dumbbells. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. I'll also be including a super quick warm up and cool down. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.     I am over 60 and recovering from an illness. I really need to gain weight and build muscle. I was doing the some workouts for old people. I got so depressed. Then I found you. I have to use 5 pound weights, thank you so much for this. I actually feel like I am doing something positive with my workout again.

    Yes to more twenty minute workouts. The pace was great. I burned an amazing amount of calories without passing out from exhaustion. The weights were challenging but I finished and look forward to doing this video again.

    I love these full body with weighs workouts! Enjoying the warm up and cool downs. I have been fit my whole life until recent health issues.
