I think your on to something with Surfex and can see it making a comeback to popularity in tough economic times as it’s dirt cheap and good for so many jobs.
Good idea using the foam neat and dialling in the thickness only reason I wouldn’t do it was if I was maintaining a certain wax or coating I wouldn’t want to accidentally use too strong and possibly shorten it’s life.

Surfex is a monster of a product! Great video 👍🏻
Using the adjustment dial to mix neat product is a really interesting style of using the lance - I was thinking about the other week because it doesn’t really make sense to dilute the product twice, so if you know your PIR at various dial positions then you could always use neat product and just adjust the dial accordingly.
For enthusiasts it’s surely easier cos you can just put the unused product back in the bottle. I would think it would be easier for pro’s as well cos once you’ve filled the bottle you can just alter the dilution as the job demands!

Using the Touch-Less snow foam is also coated with a double speed wax. Once every four weeks are use the torch on ceramic coat and have noticed that it does build up a long period of protection, the more you use it. I’ve also experimented after using touch on Then put in the coat of double speed wax over the top and yes, it has bought a real nice shine and protection on the vehicle. Great demonstration using Bilt Hamber products (I lean something new every time from this channel!)
Personally I like to set the PIR so I know where i am with Auto Foam. Moving forward I’m thinking of applying it using a spay bottle to help reduce the amount of chemical used. Also The more I clean cars I think I’m moving into the camp of applying a citrus product to a dry car letting that dwell then commence the 1st rinse off. While the car drys off a bit clean the wheels (which has been made easier) then carry out a snow foam application. While that is dwelling carry out the brush work around badges etc. The reason I’m moving into this camp on applying a chemical before water is because wheels visually clean off better by applying a chemical first before rinsing them off with water than just a water rinse application which is why I’m carrying this thought process over to the bodywork cleaning process.

It doesn’t matter how much neat product you put in it , you can fill it if you like but you’ll never use it all 🤣
      Honestly anything like 300ml - 500ml and you’ll be cushty 😎
