I did a thing... and hope it works out. I got a Freestyle SS (cheaper) and it dawned on me after the purchase that I may have issues since its a different metal. So far the integration of the Freestyle SS and Ti is perfect. I think I will encounter issues when in use as the thermal expansion of SS is a lot more than Ti. I guess we will all find out in the next video! hope you enjoy this one. Cheers!

I bought the Freestyle Ti during the Kickstarter campaign. During the Firebox knife Kickstarter that just ended I bought another Freestyle this time SS and the kit to do all the combos. I figurrd if I'm hiking with twonstoves I cant be going that far sonthe added weight wouldn't matter. Based on your video sealed the deal for me to get the SS version. Been enjoying yiur videos!

kinda surprised steve doesnt sell a overkill mod for the freestyle. He had one for the nano, would be neat to see the freestyle in a rocket stove configuration.

Noticed that myself. Looks like an easy fix. Take a file and knock off a couple mm’s at the side of the ones that want to touch or lap
That thought did cross my mind, lol. It’s not a big issue right now but will keep that for a rainy day project. Thanks!

Fuuu, I had the same idea, but than I chickened out and just bought two ss. Guess I'll try to remedy that in the future.
Sorry, it was my fault for not using a more descriptive title so I changed it. You know, there is no rule for only having 2 sets. You can certainly purchase a Ti and do a bonfire 12 configuration! lol, just a thought, Cheers!
