Firebox freestyle steak

Woodland cooking with the Firebox Freestyle. Chinese noodles, veg and char grilled steak was an absolute masterpiece. Easy cooking at its best.
The Freestyle has a little bit of a learning curve with regard to set up in different configurations. Went with the eight panel and glad I did. Had a good steady fire going. Threw on a titanium rack I purchased a while ago and in combination with some rather nice titanium bowls that were sent to me by Silverantoutdoors they made perfect companions.
Also had to opportunity to set up my new Naturehike Taga 2. Have been looking for a light weight tent with room for me and my kit to take on longer adventures. Have seen mixed reviews with the biggest complaint being condensation. As this is a single skin tent condensation is expected. The only single skin tent I have found to tackle this issue is the Onetigris Tetra.

Looks like maybe that greenish piece of wood in your stash is a pressure treated piece, if so don’t breathe the fumes and CERTAINLY don’t cook on it 😬
