Seven years ago, when the show first aired, I was in middle school. Having recently gotten into anime, with hormones raging, I thought I’d watch that anime that combined two of my favorite things at the time: Hot anime girls and food. (Took culinary every year as an elective. Loved that class.) I remember seeing this dish and looking up accurate recreations of it. None were super close. And now, finally, after seven long years and a third of my life later, the wait is over. I have finally found what I was looking for all those years ago.

No wonder there this mashed-potato loaf with bacon recipe is highly praised by many fans of the show and your cooking channel. The dish is known for its unique presentation and delicious taste, which you were able to replicate almost perfectly and with a healthy dose of humor to keep my attention throughout. I especially like the anime effects you created at the start of the video. The recipe itself is not too complicated, but it requires some skill in cooking and a bit of patience to achieve the perfect result. But to compensate for those sad days when port roast is not on my menu, I'm willing to try my best to replicate what you have explained in so much detail. Overall, this recipe is a must-try for any food lover and fan of Food Wars.

Alvin sounds like the type of guy to break into your house at 3AM, make you the nicest breakfast you could’ve thought of and tuck you in again if you wake up whilst he’s doing it.
