    This is the best mechanic video ive seen on youtube. Fast and informative tells you everything you need to know and shows you how to do so in under 5 minutes. Idk about you but i dont always have time to watch someone ramble about a sensor for 15 min

    2001 e320 symptoms were a harsh upshift from 3rd to 4th gear. Transmission code was 110 n2 n3 rpm sensors implausible. Replaced the conductor plate and all is good. The n3 rpm sensor was cracked on the old conductor plate. Thanks for your video.

      @@GearzCustomsHyderabadNot that I’ve seen… If you have issues after installing quality parts, chances are that you either have mechanical/transmission issues internally, or there’s some other electrical issue going to the conductor plate/connector.
      Unless it’s an issue that prevents you from getting up to speed or driving normally up AND down through all of the gears; you can find a way to log the transmission data (shifting quality, torque converter lockup, etc.) from the TCU, in live time.

      If you're getting them from FCP Euro then it's the OEM manufacturer for Mercedes. If you're getting them from somewhere else I have no idea.

      Hi great video thanks im having problems with my c200 will drive and reverse but won't change gear !! I have removed my conductor plate as per your video excellent instructions iv ordered a new plate !! My speed sensor did seem a little lose ..but contacts didn't look broken !! How stiff was the speed sensor on your new conductor plate? Im just hopping this is the problem with my car thanks again for video.

    Super easy man. Thanks for keeping it straight forward and simple. Can't wait to try this to fix my diesel Benz. It's in limp mode, drives but only in 1st gear. 11 codes come up on obd2 reader. I bet this is the fix. Thanks guys!

      @@danielaguilar7781 no, took it to a trans shop, he put it on the computer, transmission is fine. It's my ABS control module that is out. When that's out, it will not let you drive out of 1st gear. Couple ways to check is drive in soft soil, and try to engage brakes hard to slide, if ABS Is not felt in the pedal, that's your problem.

It always amazes me how many whiny, complaining misfits find something negative to say, when someone offers free advice based on their experience, which helps others. When I pulled mine, the solenoids were missing the covers, any suggestions? Thanks again.

    Thanks for the video. You glossed right over how you removed the conductor plate from the valve body. I removed the 3 bolts holding the selenoids in place. That is still not letting go of the valve body.

      He said those are the bolts that hold it to the valve body so I guess it just comes off after some negotiation

    Thanks! I have a 2005 C320 4 matic, and lately its becoming sluggish or hesitant. Recently the transmission at times wont go past 2nd gear, other times its just fine and can be driven on the freeway etc.

    The yellow plastic solenoid covers does that help keep out the transmission fluid from the solenois so they don't get oversaturated with fluid?

    When doing this be sure to change the 13 pin adapter (probably in kit). I've found I get around 70,000 miles out of them before they fail causing similar symptoms as conductor plate.

    Very helpful.
    But a tip from me get yourself some Nitrile gloves (light blue here in uk)
    Oil proof they will last you 10 times longer than the latex you have :)

    After replacing it, is a STAR reset required? Nearest MB independent is 30 miles away, so I'd have to drive the car there or have it towed.

    I have a 2006 Mercedes Benz E500 RWD (NON 4MATIC) I was looking at that same kit but mine is a 7 speed transmission, so my question is does it fit ???? It says part may not fit since it says 4MATIC I think what do you think ? Should I just buy it or will it cause my car harm putting that conductor plate?? Any links to the right conductor plate I should be buying ???

    I have a problem with my W204 with 722.6 only when is cold outside and only at the first start , after starting the engine, when switching the selector from P to R or D, the engine speed drops from approx. 800 revolutions at 700-600 revolutions for a period of 1-3 seconds, after which it returns to the initial position (800 revolutions) if I put directly in D engine it will stop, BUT you feel that the car is forcing itself to leave from under you (the brake is obviously pressed) . What can be ? Thank you :)

    When I did this to my 2000 w210, I still needed to take it to a shop that had the Mercedes computer system to tell the car it had a new speed sensor.

    My e320cdi wont drive. Its had a new conductor plate and still nothing in D or R it only revs to 2k in park or neutral it will rev all the way up. It says on the dash what gear I have selected but nothing. It doesn't even try to move. How do I check the amount of fluid in my gearbox and if it was low would it fail to drive
