DID YOU REALIZE THAT IN THE END, THE SECOND SEMI-FINAL BECAME THE STRONGEST ONE? 6 out of 10 qualifiying songs in this semi ended in the TOP 10 of Eurovision final!! Thats incredible specially becaus before eurovision week everybody was talking about the first SF as the strongest and with better acts...

OMG, As for me, the second SF was very boring, there were just a few good songs, I liked only Bulgaria, Israel and Lithuania
I think both semi finals were very strong, but semi final 2 had more definitive qualifiers- we all knew who was qualifying (Georgia instead of Norway being the only surprise). Meanwhile in semi final 1 it was unclear as to who would make the final- Estonia, Iceland and Bosnia and Herzegovina instead of Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Netherlands and Austria....
The biggest shock for me was Poland scoring almost nothing from the Jury. Their song and vocal deserved better IMO.

So fantastic to have more information after Eurovision 2016 has finished. It's like a well deserved after party.

Hovi Star was the star of the show this year. His vocal range is unreal. His personality was more memorable than all the others combined. For me, he totally made this year's Eurovision (along with his wiwibloggs, which were hysterical!).
Israel got 12 points from GERMANAN juri in GF. It was the biggest joke for me

They don't have any neighbours. That's why everybody underrated this song but if another country had sung the song they would've won.

Graham Norton showed us how out-of-touch he was by bemoaning the absence of Nicky Byrne from the final. Right from the start I felt that the song wouldn't have an impact, and even the Irish experts weren't expecting him to advance.
Nicky Byrne doesn't have an established name, lol. Only Ireland and UK know him. Nobody else has ever heard Nicky Byrne. People know Westlife. But nobody knows Nicky Byrne.
This was such an expectable failure to me. I can't understand why anyone is surprised over his failure.
I mean, it's like sending Louis Tomlinson from One Direction to the ESC 2027.

I really loved Belarus. And I think the staging was great. But didnt they qualify because of Belarus is a kind of isolated country..? Or was the other songs really better?
