DG, I'm convinced you're trying to murder me with this one! And while I'm posting, my brief history: started weight loss at 304 in 2019. Lost 70lbs, then got put on the shelf with 4 eye surgeries and gained up to 262 again. Jan 30 of this year I got back in my zone, and along with a strict, calorie deficit diet (WW modified for my goals actually). Then last month I found your site and have become obsessed with these short, intense, targeted workouts. Right now, I just passed my high and have reached 71.5 lbs lost, and it's in no small way thanks to these vids and your coaching, which have accelerated my fitness and weight loss. Not a member yet, but I will get that done soon!
