I had a failure on one of my hydro lines from my tilton bearing for my t56 2 weeks ago 😢. Easy fix but I had to drop the trans again on my back, with Jack stands.

Does it matter if you put the line that release the fluid on either plug in of the release bearing? Also would I need any shims on a gsr trans with twin disk?
