Hello again, loves!
I feel I haven't done a week in my life vlog in so long. There is so much that happens in a week, and I am going to be honest, it get's crazy to film an entire week of life! I feel that this past month especially has been so busy and filled with so many exciting things that are coming for Soul Sync Body! We just hit our 100K followers milestone on Instagram, moved into our very own studio space, along with planning so many fun upcoming projects and merch coming in fall. I absolutely cannot wait for what is to come, and see where the rest of this year takes us. We will keep you all updated over on our Soul Sync Body Instagram page with any important things coming, so please stay tuned!!
In this week in my life video, I realized how grateful and thankful I am for all of the support that I have in my life. Between my friends, my team, and my community across all different platforms, I truly could not have asked for a more supportive group of people that lift me up and inspire me day after day. However, I wanted to just kindly remind everyone that though there can be so many good things going for you in your life, it is okay to still feel different emotions such as internal stress and feelings of anxiousness and not exactly knowing why. Allowing your body to feel what it needs to feel and not judging yourself for experiencing those types of emotions is so important for our mental well-being.

I felt that anxiety in my chest recently also and after taking the time to go to an event and see my friends I realized that I must have been putting way too much time into work. Work for business and work (chores) at home. I felt a million times better for days after the event and I realized that was it! Family and friends are such a necessary part of the balance we should aim to achieve!!!
I'd actually love to see a q&a about growing your company when you're settled into your new space! It's cool to see the team effort in action bringing everything to fruition!

Hi Sanne, I recently relocated to LA from NYC for my graduate studies and have been having a hard time adjusting. I really appreciate your vlogs because they've been pulling me through this move and making me feel better about it and back to being more excited about the life I'll be having here in the city

That snack with salmon and avocado wrapped in rice paper - I tried the same thing- I literally also have the same pan- but mine roll stuck to the pan immediately and when I tried to turn it over it fell apart... yes I also added oil... I wonder what is it that you're doing differently... :(

hi congrats on your new studio you are very motivating though you have bleached your hair its good for a change but i like your natural hair colour and i think you should keep it that way bleacheing isnt all that great for hair texture also i think you should start growing your hair i am sure you will look great and it will implement your looks.
