Happy Saturday! My last day in the life in L.A vlog was a hit so I'm excited to be back with another one for you! I don't think anyone missed the fact that it's been raining here in L.A for almost 2 weeks. It's been so cold and rainy it's insane! So this vlog has some cozy rain vibes and I'm taking you with me to a workout with Alyssa, when I'm organizing at home, going to the studio to film workouts and visiting Canyon Coffee in Echo Park that is now serving Nekohama! So exciting!

University life has been kicking me in the butt for the past few months but I seem to be finally getting back on track ! I needed a little push, and aside from the help of my friends and family, your content also kept me motivated! I got to see my family during my semester abroad this week 🥰 everything has been a bit overwhelming and then I very spontaneously hopped on the plane to my hometown. I feel like going abroad is one the one hand an amazing opportunity to get to know new people and implies of course personal growth but being able to adapt to a completely new environment and surroundings can lead to anxious feelings. Seeing my family and my "normal" environment brought me so much joy! For me there is no place like home
I really miss having a dog so just going to the park to dog watch has been making my day!!

Prescription sunglasses are a game changer! I bought my first pair 6 years ago when moving to the sunshine state here in Australia. Best thing I did for myself! I lost my first pair after a year while shopping, but they've become so aforable these days that I've got a small collection now. I buy 2 pairs every two years for myself and I keep my older prescription sunglasses as back ups in case I do loose the current ones but I haven't lost a pair since! I hardly ever wear my normal glasses these days as I'm mostly out walking in the sun or driving.
