The 2009 book is by itself because the original legislation for just for the 50 states, to run 1999-2008. So books were created for that program. Then, partway through the program, they decided to extend it by one year and include DC and the US territories. That's why there were six designs in 2009 vs five every other year, and on top of that 2009 was a low mintage year in general, thus the six varieties of 2009 each come out to a significantly lower mintage than any of the five in other years, and that's why the 2009 orphans get their own book as well.
The US territories and DC were just blended into the ATB series, , with only 5 each year, and Alabama being the only one in 2021. Later this year we will see Washington crossing the Delaware (but different than the NJ state quarter) essentially filling the role of 4 ATB quarters in 2021.

Got a full roll of p mint tuskegee airmen quarters from the grocery all untouched by human hands. I've been saving atb's for the last 3 years and have tons of them. Wait until Christmas time when grandparents raid their change jars ! You'll fill the holes in your books.
I have found a few Ps but in California I mostly get Ds. So far I have only found 1 W. Happy hunting.
I too here in Guam, we get more D's. P's harder to find.

Awesome hunt young man. Keep up the great work! Those extra pages are for extra coins. The 2009 coins are all a low mintage year so fill the book with extra sets if possible.
I get duplicate coin albums to fill at the same time when I search penny boxes.
I have quite a few of the early national park quarters. Extra ones that I held on to because they are so hard to come by, if you were interested that is.

Salt River Bay Philly has a new ddr. Look at the initials on both sides under the plant stems.
I've found 3 orv4 so far, they seam to have a weird wear on them, like a roll ender, that helps recognize them

I see how you get a bunch of P's on the park quarters. I've been finding the opposite, bunch of D's.
Diana. If you live anywhere literally west of the Mississippi, you will get a lot more “D” coins. Same for me, as a Californian, I almost never get a “P” coin.

Sorry that wasn't me, that was an impersonator trying to get you to sign up for something. To answer your question- no, I haven't given up on it. I should have made a video wrapping up last season, but basically I took a break because of the winter. It will be back this summer and I'm looking forward to it!

What about the 2019&2020 west point mints. Why aren't they in the albums? Were they not planned to be minted?

I have a pi$$ing buffalo state Quarter and it's obvious that the engraver did it on purpose ... the "stream" begins EXACTLY where it should 🤣 and has a perfect arc to the ground! It's gorgeous, and I have an Ohio Quarter with two "i's in the motto on the reverse ...
