    I had a good night of sleep last night. I had a fantastic tempo back/biceps workout this morning! I have so much energy and feel super strong right now. I am definitely feeling more and more like I did at the beginning of the year each and every day as I progress through this reverse diet it’s also nice to be eating three meals a day again. This is helped me to stop thinking about food as much as I have been the past few months. I am also starting to feel fuller for longer after eating my meals. All in all, I’m very pleased with how this reverse diet is progressing.

      @@AnnoyedLagoon-zh6mv I plan on competing again in about 5 years. I’m going to take the next 4+ years to be in a bulk and build around 15th of quality lean muscle mass.
