    I had a decent night to sleep last night. I had an awesome cardio and abs workout this morning! I felt very strong and had great endurance through the cardio workout. This cardio workout is sort of a HIIT style workout.  and on the intensity scale, I was consistently hitting a 10 through each exercise. I just feel like I have so much energy and overall feel amazing. It seems that my body is responding better now to the nutrients. I’m giving it then it was prior to my bodybuilding prep. Not to say that my body wasn’t utilizing the nutrients. I was giving it while I was in my bulk, but being in a deficit, it is allowed my body to get the most out of every gram of nutrition that I consume.
