I don't understand how this can be viewed as Apartheid. Israel is 20% Arab with full citizenship rights. Gaza has it's own government (elected, Hamas). Do you want Israel to grant the citizens of Gaza citizenship in Israel? That makes no sense.

I'm a white American and this series has really opened my eyes. The problem (as I see it) is that Jewish people are looked at as "like us". Wheras Arab culture is completely different to European/American culture.

Why don't you mention the fact that Hamas uses humans as shields. They hide rockets in mosques, schools, hospitals and then they are ready to film the casualties to gain sympathy from the world. Why don't you mention the fact that kids are walking in the front when Hamas and Islamic Jihad are throwing stones at Israelis. Why don't you mention the fact that the so called resistance against israel is 100 % acts of terror, where civilians are being killed indiscriminately? Children taken as hostages? Yes. My mother, who is a white, American, Christian, was married to a Palestinian man and lived in Bethany/Al-Eizariya for two years. She had to go through checkpoints and show her papers (just like Jews did in the ghettos imposed by Nazis); she was forbidden to enter certain parks and public places because they were "for Israelis only", but Israelis would go to spaces reserved for Palestinians and would stand around and laugh and jeer at them. IDF had tried to enter her house for no reason, she was twice detained at the airport for no reason, on one occasion the armed guard told her if you try to leave I'll shoot you. She was holding my infant sister. She has seen IDF fire at Palestinian ambulances, and tells me that Israelis frequently harrassed Palestinians in the street. The Israeli government took her father-in-laws olive grove, building a wall behind his own yard blocking him off from his trees that had been in his family for generations and forbidding him from harvesting them.
This is so horrible, my heart goes out to you and all Palestinian people. What's happening and has happened for decades is pure evil.

She didn't really talk about it when she came home- she expressed a strongly negative general opinion of Israelis and said they treated Palestinians badly, but she didn't give a specific example. She and her now-ex husband returned to the US at her insistence because she saw no future for my sister there. All these stories came out because I'm concerned about my ex stepfather who I still think as family and my sister's other half siblings, both their physical safety and what they must be going through emotionally. My sister isn't a Muslim and doesn't seem very strongly connected to her Palestinian identity, she doesn't discuss the current situation in her former home, I don't know how it feels. But it must feel, in the very least, jarring, to have your family and your general ethnicity spoken of as "human animals". I am not Palestinian, Arab, or Muslim, but still...that's my family. If people want to say, they don't deserve to have food or water, this is personal to me. If my mother and sister were still there, they would be an example of people who, according to what seems like the majority of Americans, deserve to be starved, deserve to be shot, deserve to be crushed under rubble.

Living in the United States we are fed media that is completely one sided. I have learned that from my time overseas and seen for myself what happens elsewhere that the US media reports on incorrectly. Thank you for making these videos to allow us to see the other side of this conflict. This is a real eye opener for me. I had no idea. Actually, there is no apartheid in Israel - you are being lied to.The apartheid is in the Muslim countries and the West Bank and Gaza. Palestinians are not a "People", they may be humans (which some are debatable) but they are not a "people" and they never were. They are the result of colonialism by the British, just like Jordanians.
Also, there is no Palestine, only Israel.
Also, they are not an occupied territory by Israel as the settlements are completely legal. However, Gaza is occupied by Hamas (since 2007) and not Israel.

The UN accusing and condemning a country was as useful as man nipple, doesn't do a thing only for appearance.

20 years ago I spent 3 miserable months in the Westbank during the 2nd Intifada. Took only 3 minutes for me to understand Israel is an apartheid state.

Islam does not allow for any form of human right. If a groups of people deny the very concept of rights, and dedicate their lives to depriving other people of rights, they don't deserve to be granted those rights which they don't even believe in and refuse to abide by.

Having grown up and lived through Apartheid in South Africa, seeing this is absolutely disgusting . Living in America, it sickens me that our tax dollars are supporting this illegitimate and oppressive regime, much like they supported the SA apartheid regime many years ago.

An unbiased look at the situation would have brought up the fact that Isreal has offered to completely pull out of all occupied areas on multiple occupations and all the Palestinians had to do was commit to not performing genocide against the Jews and not attacking Isreal in the future (as they had in the Arab-Isreali war and six-days war, both conflicts aimed at exterminating the Jews in isreal) and the Palestinans have refused each time.
This simply isn’t true. Israel keeps breaking laws and expanding their settlements illegally into the West Bank. They are an apartheid state, they’ve been committing war crimes, they are the oppressors and have been for decades. They’ve also rejected many peace offers from the UN.

I visited almost 20 yrs ago & even back then the West Bank looked like a slum & the Palestinians in certain areas had to walk on a certain side of the street. The Palestinians can’t use the big highways & instead have to use side roads w/many long line checkpoints. It was when I learned how disgusting Israel treats Palestinian people. I went on to read book after book and there’s really no other explanation but that Israel kicked Palestinians out of their homes. Yes, there were Jewish & Christians there before it became a state & they’d all managed to mostly coexist with the Arab minority. It was when Israel decided to claim the land as a state with the support of the UN, England & the USA.

There are No areas in Israel which are cornered off from Arabs..
Israel also happens to be the only county in the middle east that you have religious freedom and gay rights and so on..
However this is a very long discussion, my recommendation would be to research as much as possible by reading both extremes (anti Israel -aljazeera and pro Israel (not news 24) then you will the truth somewhere in the middle.
But you can certainly not hear it from one side and hope to have a true story

Israel was founded as a Jewish state - in other words, to serve the interests of its Jewish citizens only. Myanmar also has color coded ID cards called National Registration Card with Red being "burmese" ( naing) , Green being "transforming into burmese" (pyu) and Blue being "visitors"( el ) . All citizens of Israel have the same ID card and the same rights, there are no different citizens. This video suggest that citizens of Gaza living under Hamas and Citizens of the west bank living under the Palestinian Authority, are some kind of Israeli citizens by extension. That doesn't make any sense as they are governed separately by their own people, and they had their own elections. They obviously have restrictions accessing Israel as they are in an unresolved conflict with them and are a huge security threat (clearly with rockets flying from Gaza to all over Israel). This is nothing like the situation in Myanmar, this video is very misleading propaganda.

Altough i must add that many of the antecesors of the current influencial and powerfull jews were in Palestine already bacause they were zionist and so rich that they could afford buy great extensions of land
@@raulparrado1547 You have to remember, they gave parts of the West Bank and the whole of Gaza to PLO(palestines governing body at the time). And instead of apreciating that effort on it's own, and trying to find a peaceful resolution, they chose violence, again. Now I don't support either side of the battle, they're both commiting war crimes and other inhumane deeds. But in a sense I can see where both sides are coming from. Only real difference is the backing from other nations, or rather lack there of. For instance if the iron dome wasn't a thing then I personally belief that a lot more Israelis would have died as well, but if Palestine had an iron dome too, less Palestinians would have died. The only real deaths in israel are from terorist attacks and suicide bombers. And how do you keep that from happening? to restrict acces and making it easier to identify a potential threat. It's almost like the 'not all men' discussion. Not every man is a threat, but enough men are for women to be needing to generalize it in such a big way. And sure as a Palestinian that sort of reasoning sucks, but as long as there is not one effort from their governing bodies(mostly Hamas from Gaza) to stop the violence then there will be no incentive for Israel to give Palestinians freedom again.

I live in South Africa and I can confirm this is real life. They went about it a little differently this side but we basically have no guns or rockets and we keep fighting for land redress through a sham government so we no longer pose a threat but the result is the same, a different standard for the invading master and another for the servant...but hey atleast we can vote for leaders who they can then tempt with endless coffers to observe the status quo😅.
