Palestinians, orthodox Jews and Christians have been living in the holy land of thousands of years. Real question that needs to be asked is "to who belongs the holy land and Jerusalem?" And "who is truly deserved of living in it?"
According to the Bible & Qur'an the children of Israel were denied the holy land during time of Moses due to their rebellion and disbelief. This entire generation never set foot in Jerusalem and was forced to wander around for 40 years. This proves that to be worthy of the holy land one must have faith and do good deeds of obedience to God and His Messengers. Looking at the history of the Israelites it is very clear that their disbelief and rebellion was consistent up to this day. They rejected Jesus and Muhammed, they tried their very best to oppose God's Will on who He choses as prophetic messengers. They also fund every sin in the scripture, and are actually even guilty of corrupting their own holy books.
They (Jews) answered him, “Abraham is our father.” Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham's children, you would be doing the works Abraham did, but now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God.

Conclusion;
The most worthy of the holy land of Jerusalem is the real believers who accept all the prophets, and obey God. Muslims most fit this because they believe in all the previous Prophets and the final one Muhammed (peace and blessings be upon all of them).

The defination of holocaust in dictonary is "destruction or slaughter on a mass scale". What Israel is doing to the Palestinian people in their homeland is being correctly called many things including genocide and ethnic cleansing, it should also be classified as a holocaust.

I never used to understand the reason for intensely opposing Israel. This war on the Palestinians that began long before October of this year has opened my eyes. I get it now. No respect for them whatsoever; and I’ll do everything I can to bring people’s attention to what Israel really represents.
You need to do your research. Israel gave Palestine Gaza and willingly pulled out to offer them land in good faith. Palestine simply took Gaza and used it to fire rockets. Israel has been more than patient with these Neanderthals.

Is Palestine/Hamas guilty of attempted genocide against Israel? Firstly, Oct 7th. Secondly, why do Palestinians claim it's wrong and horrible that Israel is (according to them) dropping bombs recklessly and killing civilians now, when Palestine has been doing the same or arguably worse, for years? Palestine has been deliberately firing thousands of rockets indiscriminately at Israeli civilians (men, women & children), with the intention to kill them, for years. Yet they think it's ok when they do it.
The main difference is that Israel was able to develop a complex, technologically advanced, and hugely expensive and difficult to maintain system (the iron dome) to help intercept a lot of the rockets Palestinians fire at them... And without that system, the Israelis would have been obliterated by now.
And it sure doesn't help Palestinian civilians that Hamas purposely uses them like human shields by deliberately hiding beneath/inside/near hospitals, schools, mosques, homes, and residential areas... I mean, it does help their cause by making it very difficult for Israel to attack their enemies without hitting civilians, thereby helping to make them look bad to the world. I'm sure this is part of Hamas' strategy, and honestly it seems to be working pretty well so far.

I don't understand how a country, eg Israel, can simply _opt out_ of international law by saying "nah, that doesn't really work for us." Try doing that in a regular criminal trial. I'm no legal scholar, but I can't think of any other legal context where a person or entity can simply assert their own impunity and not get laughed at.

The main difference is that Israel was able to develop a complex, technologically advanced, and hugely expensive and difficult to maintain system (the iron dome) to help intercept a lot of the rockets Palestinians fire at them... And without that system, the Israelis would have been obliterated by now.
And it sure doesn't help Palestinian civilians that Hamas purposely uses them like human shields by deliberately hiding beneath/inside/near hospitals, schools, mosques, homes, and residential areas... I mean, it does help their cause by making it very difficult for Israel to attack their enemies without hitting civilians, thereby helping to make them look bad to the world. I'm sure this is part of Hamas' strategy, and honestly it seems to be working pretty well so far.
Lemkin also created this term not just by what he saw Jews and Roma suffer in WW2, but also what Armenians and Greeks suffered in WW1. Coincidentally, that's another event that isn't universally recognized, much like the Nakba.

I believed that Israel blockage of Gaza was the pivotal point that lead to this dramatic escalation of this conflict.
