I feel like this is the reason a lot of people start acting me included. Acting is good but stressful and you kind of lose yourself in the parts you are given so be careful with that and goodluck on your career
I’ve always thought I was good with coming up with different type of scenarios in my head and acting them out. But I’ve never thought I’d become one because I’m very shy. But recently my love for films and the many different characters has changed my perspective.

1. I was inspired to get into acting after watching Walker Scobell’s performances in his movies. It showed me that also kids my age can make it. Even though I’m still unsure because I feel like you can only have that kind of success living in the USA… nevertheless that really got me interested in auditioning, and drama classes.
2. My goals are to play in some sort of play, even a small school play, go to an acting or drama class, and star in a big movie someday. I want to make my family proud and bring some action into my life.

Don’t know if I’m doing this, but I think later in life I’ll try acting. When it comes to entertainment, there’s just so much to enjoy when it comes to performance. I think within a year and a half I’ll discover the answer.

1: I want to become an actor because I feel very inspired by actors around the world. I also see many movie bloopers and interviews and see how satisfied the producers, actors, etc are when they see the finished products. And that really makes me feel like "Wow, I really want to be this proud of something I've been a part of." I also want to have a good "purpose" or feeling that I'm not just anybody, I am *this* person.
Why i want to be an actor.
- i want to try new tings
-Get past my bad sociall skills and sociall anxiety. It would seem fun and i hade a friend who was a good actor and she inspirered me.
-i want to prove to my self and everybody who told me i could never be an actor and never would be able to speak upp wrong.

I would love to be an actor, not only for fame and money, but for the experience. Imagine how much fun the cast has behind the scenes. All of the bloopers, all of the friends that you make. @@ryderthegamer4935 I think if it’s a passion of Your’s you should try. At least for a year or two and see if you can get some ground work going. Check out your local colleges and universities - they may have student films going on. Or see if there another city close by with opportunities or work from home work that you can apply to. I would probably recommend still doing Tennis if it’s also something you love, but make time for acting too. You never know. Sometimes all it takes is a single opportunity you never expected to turn out to be something big!

It’s funny, I’ve loved acting since I did my first musical in 5th grade, but I’ve never even been remotely interested in film until just a few days ago when I realized how in depth you get to go into your character. You get to dive into it on another level from onstage acting due to the details being way more visible on camera

The reason I want to be an actor and why I love acting is because I just love the idea of being able to bring a character to life and in turn inspire others to pursue an acting career. I also want to be able to leave my small hometown and prove that I can be among the best of the best. I am 23 right now in the year 2024 (I turn 24 in July) and I have given myself 15 years to work as hard as I can to become an A-list actor that will be known worldwide. I know this won't happen overnight, if it did then everyone would become an actor, but it doesn't so I am ready to put in the time, effort, and money to be the best. You are rewarded in public for what you practice in private.
Acting is all I think about. I just want to inspire people I feel I have a story to tell.

Why I wanna be an actor: I’m a person who easily get bored with reality, and the possibilities it offers, so being able to kinda “live” in other realities, designed to be interesting seems amazing. Plus all the small challenges you have to face on set seems to make every day different.
Oh my gosh, I never thought about it that way. I drop things the second they get even a little boring, but it's not like that with acting.
I'm from India, Dr Russell Ehigiator on CZcams, a great spiritualist, greatly help my career, now I'm at the peak of success in my career.

I remember I took up acting in junior college. The professor told me to go through voice classes because I was apparently a natural at acting and she thought that I had the potential to be in musicals(I ended up getting a degree in music production). The amount of people that have encouraged me to give acting a chance at my job I can’t even count on my hands. All my life, I’ve had people literally ask me if I’ve considered doing stand up comedy, showcases, or even extra acting. I did ‘extras’ work last year for a short film and when I tell you, almost all the other extras were shocked when I told them I had never been casted for anything before. Maybe I’m ugly or maybe I’m just too skinny. I love music, but I’d absolutely love to act professionally some day. Would love to have a part in the MCU in any way, shape, or form.
Never sell yourself short, you have the ability to do anything you put your mind to! I hope to see you on set some day as I too am pursuing an acting career. You will make it!
Why do I want to be an actor? I've bottled up my emotions in my teens and 20s, had social anxiety, and refused to show emotions as a vulnerability. Making music was one outlet. Modeling was another. It helped to show me methods of creating a persona for a particular situation.
My acting goals?
To have something to look back on. To say I was a part of something, and had fun doing.
Such as playing as a James Bond villain.
Or a person who finds themselves newly homeless and trying to make best of their situation. To keep a positive outlook in the worst of times, while life throws the worst events and happenings at them.
To create stories.
My biggest acting goal is to become one of those actors, in which you watch a movie just because they’re in it. Those types of actors achieve so much in their lifetime which just inspires me so much.

I want to try acting to overcome my stage fright, social anxiety, shyness of speaking with people and to express myself. I'm in a time of my life where I feel so lost and acting piqued my interest.
I've always felt drawn to acting. I never quite knew "how" and the most experience I've had is with community theatre and a small snippet in a courtroom television show. But I'm good at it. Very good. I feel almost hypnotized by it. My goal isn't just to become an actor, I want the opportunity to perform in a role that pushes me and leaves me feeling satisfied. Anytime I perform there's this itch that feels *almost* scratched. It became an obsession quickly after I started to find this "perfect" role. I needed to stop for awhile after for mental health reasons. Turns out that trying to find a role you feel like you can truly lose yourself in is not a healthy endeavor. I want to focus on getting my finance degree and possibly joining the military after. But it's like in my peripheral vision this desire just sits there waiting for me. I don't "want" to be an actor weirdly enough. But I just feel so drawn to it. I want to find a balance and do it as a hobby, but I already know based on my goal and desire I can't really do it "on the side" because I'll very quickly lose focus like last time.
I want to be an actor because I want to escape they small town and mind space I live in. I’m an imaginative person, often I get distracted because I act out scenarios in my head and that annoys me that I’m not spending enough time in the real world but it’s my way of escaping and the only time I don’t zone out is when I’m focusing on acting like when I do stage school. I want to get the most out of life and experience everything I can. I wanted to start acting when I watched Annie (the first version) I fell in love with how these actresses went from completely different lives and fell into the same story line. My wildest dream is to be in the umbrella academy on Netflix, I wouldn’t care if I was a background character that just walked past or I became an important asset. The show is my dream world and the friendships the cast made on set is beautiful. And it’s still going...❤️

Ive always wanted to become an actress since i was 11. But im a really shy and conscious and self aware kid. So i never thought about even trying. But since i watched percy jackson, the new series, walker scobell and the other kid actors always make me go, “aw man, theyre lucky. I want what they have.” I always get inspired whenever i watch movies. But i want to be an actress because of the experience. All the bloopers, the all nighters just for acting, behind the scenes, the funny interviews. This isnt just a phase. This is my dream. No matter how hard it is i will go for it. Because in an interview, i want to say exactly “i was a very shy kid. But since i pushed myself out of my comfort zone, i ended up where i am right now.” i want to become a child actress, maybe at 14 or even 13. So im working hard right now, im pushing myself to not be shy and step out of my comfort zone and speak up. After im not so shy anymore, ill try going to acting classes. And maybe even audition after acting classes.
I’m 19 years old and have struggled with substance abuse. Cory Monteith, Heath Ledger and Phoenix River really resonate with me. Their stories are incredible and I appreciate their work. I have no interest in fame. I’m interested in inspiring others.

I work at Universal Studios and every day I come into contact with anywhere from 6,000 to 40,000 people every day; most of them are wearing T-shirts from their favorite movie or TV show when they arrive and that's exactly how I found out about Stranger Things. I'd never even heard of the show but saw thousands of people wearing shirts with stuff like "Friends don't lie" (etc) that I started to watch the show. I got hooked. And now my goal is to get booked.

I signed with Luxe Talent Agency about a year ago and will be renewing my contract with them within the next few weeks. The most important casting sites (if you're an actor living in LA) are actors access, LA Casting and Casting Frontier. I trained at Playhouse West which was started by Jeff Goldblum (my teachers teacher) and Robert Carnegie. James Franco was also in Jeff's class with my teacher and teaches a class of his own but not at Playhouse West.
Had my first supporting role in a feature film about four years ago; have had three lead roles on nationally syndicated TV shows (as a day player, not a regular) but I do a bit of everything - TV, film, theater, industrial, print, voice work, commercial and I teach a free acting class for disabled veterans at the Sepulveda VA.

I want to be an actor because I absolutely love performing, I’ve been singing and performing ever since I can remember. The reason I want to become an actor is because I want to be able to transmit meaningful messages, meaningful stories, for someone to GET something from a show or a movie they saw with me in it. What inspires me the most about acting is the bond of each and every cast in a show. And it's basically my first reason to be an actor in the future. I'm a Civil Engineering student right now, but everytime I watch a good movie or a series, I always imagine afterwards what if i'm the one in there.
My favorite part of being an actor is just hanging out with other actors; whether it's at a rehearsal or during a performance; or between takes or at a wrap party, those people become your family. I have actor friends that I'm closer with than my own family.

It's a passion. When I watch movies or TV shows I find myself engulfed in the technique of the performer. It's like I'm always studying. I want to learn and push myself and challenge myself to run with the heavyweights

1.i wanna be an actor cause since i was young i love being in front of the camera, i love performing, either is for a dance performance or any shape of performance, i watched jumanji 2 and it striked something in me. I loved working in a group since i was young anyways.

1. Basically, I usually like putting myself into different characters' circumstances which makes me become an actor. I started favoring being an actor after watching several TV serials.
2. Skill development. Apart from that, I want to take part in the TV series that would be questioned at the end of each episode :)
One of my biggest acting goals is becoming the best teenage actor in my country.
1: because i love the environment, the people and the acting in general. I’ve seen so many great actors that made me feel their emotions and i’ve always wanted to do the same. Role models are Dylan o’brien, Leonardo Dicaprio, Freddie highmore, Michiel Huisman and Blake lively.
2: i want to show people what i am capable of and i want to experience being on set and making friends and working together towards a goal. I want to get recognition for this and i want to learn from others. I want to work with great actors and i just want to live my best life, i want to escape from my current life and the path that has been laid out for me by the system.

I always wanted to become actress its my dream i feel like myself when i act i love it i feel alive when i act
I was inspired to be an actress because I've always loved performance and expressing myself in different ways. It feels like a huge release everytime I get to be someone else for a while. I mainly was inspired by my high school theatre teacher and program. But I've always had some natural talent thankfully. Your videos are very helpful. Im hoping to move to new york one day because the acting I love is stage acting specifically. I love to direct too and since I have a good amount of experience my director brain always is going
I want to be an actor because I love that you can combine creativity with another personality of you that makes entertainment. It's also about the socializing, the memories, and the moment. My acting goals are to excel when acting, to trick the audience into thinking I'm not even acting. I want people to know I'm talented, know I have value. I don't need their clarification, I want to show my proof. My other goals are to be able to act in a TV show, and to just interact with others through my personality of acting, and of being myself.
There’s this feeling I get when I watch a good movie or show I sorta get connected to it it’s like a vibe or like very good memorable feeling I want to create that feeling for other people and inspire them to what they want to do in life

1. I have always enjoyed movies, but recently I have been doing some small films with my friends and I realized I really enjoy the storytelling- the becoming someone else then watching it with my own eyes.

I wanted to become an actor becaus eof the good things that actin brought me like: self-confidence, speaking infront of an audience, and feeling free and have no shame of gettin so deep to be somone else
One of the main reasons I am striving to become an actor is because I want my life to leave an impact on this world. That could mean anything from inspiring on child to become something to having a big role in a movie/series. One of my goals as an actor is to inspire people and maybe some more people will attempt to become an actor themselves.
Ever since I was young, I loved acting, sometimes I would be in a room just by myself and start making scenes, so for that I think acting has always been in my blood.

For me becoming an actor isn't just about being the best and people knowing me. It's something I've always loved and wanted to do. It gives me so much adrenaline just thinking about it, I love to play roles and be on the stage or on camera. I've been a dancer all my life, I've performed on multiple stages and in front of thousands of people. It's what I love to do and what I've always seen myself doing.

I thought I wanted to be an actress for fame and to have money or be recognised. But then I realised I had been acting all my life, through masking as a neurodivergent teen. I just want to be seen and it's a comfort to remind myself that being someone else can bring joy and happiness instead of struggling through an identity crisis every two weeks. I just want to be someone, to not be forgotten, I want to be loved, I want to inspire people that it does get better, no matter how hard it is now you can get through it.
i relate to this. i am neurodivergent and have been masking for so long. so many identity changes. acting is just that so why not be the best at it haha. wishing the best for you as you pursue your career

I recently saw one of your videos. And it touched me - the ability to be able to find yourself into a role and authentically represent yourself, being yourself and giving that character breath sounds beautiful.
Personally, have lot of emotion to radiate at any given time. I've been told I have the 'look' for it (whatever tf that means) and I always have this urge to communicate and express myself in unsung ways. Sounds exhilarating.
1) I don’t have any specific source of inspiration. I remember how when I was still in elementary school, I loved to imagine myself as a cartoon character, memorize their words and repeat their behavior, I just enjoyed it, over time I stopped doing this because my parents had a negative attitude towards it. Recently, I have been thinking about the fact that I want to create my own CZcams channel, and as I was advised in one of the videos, the presenter in the video should have acting skills! In addition to this, I am also interested in stand-up where, as far as I know, acting skills also have a place to be, in addition to this, I do drawing and want to create my own animations and voice-overs myself and act out characters because I just like it, so I began to be interested in how to become a voice actor. Sometimes I try to play the role of a character from a movie and I truly enjoy it!
2) My goals are to learn to speak in different voices and play different characters in order to apply these skills in voice acting, on CZcams or storytelling in IRL on stand-up or with friends. Or maybe become a professional voice actor

1. I’ve always loved the way how actors can make you feel something through the screen whether it’s happiness, sadness, anger, etc. just by playing a character in a movie. It’s truly an art form and id love to make an audience feel something or be inspired by the way i act.

Now these are worthy and good goals. So many people in the comments literally saying “I’m wanting to be an actor to be something, to be someone so I’m not forgotten. Then I will be something”. This is so so sad and will only bring so many people heart break, depression ajd sadness living empty hollow lives. You can’t get fulfillment and finding one self from those empty goals. Anyway, good on you for having your head on straight. As every great artist always says, do it because you love the craft and not for anything else. :)

1: I always wanted to be an actress since I was a kid because of movies I was watching with my dad, but now it really became a dream since I saw Forrest Gump. The fact they you have to push yourself to think, talk and act like another person is something that I always loved to do even when I am alone it helps me create another reality.
2 : my acting goals are to be in a Marvel movie, or in a biographical movie this is like a dream for me !

2: I want to become a good enough actor to be recognised in movies. Of course, it doesn't even have to be movies, I'm only taking theater classes right now, and that's still good. I'm still young and I'm able to learn and get better at acting over gime. I still have this chance.

I was also very inspired by Walker Scobell’s performances in Percy Jackson, it showed me that kids around my age can make it which gives me hope.

I don't quite remember what made me want to be an actress but I know that I have been wanting to be an actor since I was 5yrs old but as I grew up I began to love acting more and more and I get inspired in every movie I watch I just somehow find a character that I can portray and try to put myself into there shoes
I technically always wanted to be an actress and that already since I was a little child. I just never thought I would be able to, until in 6th grade we had a theater show. I was too lazy to ask for a big role, so I had a one who had only 1 or 2 sentences. I was supposed to get mad and during the repetitions I tried my best and the teachers told me that I should have asked for a bigger role. Then when I was in 3rd grade, I needed to read a text in front of a coach. She was helping us to socialize and is very famous locally because of her theatre skills. When I read the text she told that my voice was similar to a voice actor, that it was soothing and I could articulate well. At that time I was on the way, not knowing if I really was made for acting. I stayed in denial until last year. We had a play in 11th grade and that coach came again, but this time I had a whole poem and I needed to show sad emotions. When I said my poem the coach applauded me and said that she doesn’t have to say anything and that I did great. I felt proud and understood I really wanted to do something with that skill. Later on the coach told me that I should try out theater, because I have methods that could help me grow fast. I feel like I want to be an actress, but the thing is I have a lot of scars on my face, especially on my forehead. I know this will probably lower my chances to have a career, but I want to try my best. My acting goal is to be persistent and try my best. I want to be the best of myself and show it to the world. I want to study emotions more throughly to give the people the most realistic experiences if I ever get to have a role in a movie or a theater.
