Hello, thanks for the video! Will this system work fine in a 2014 Honda Ridgeline? I wonder due to the license plate location on the truck, that the middle area of the bumper where the license plate is located is "deeper" than the side sections of the bumper. Thank You!
What is the detection range? I see that many systems detects vehicles up to 50 feet. Wouldn't that detect vehicles outside of the blind spot and as a result gives inaccurate alert, for eg cars 2 lanes away?
A really good video. This is a crew that did the extras, I see them as the old fashioned type of people who can be trusted to do things well. I wonder where they are located at?

Great and honest video. How do rate installation? Easy for average person to install? Is it possible to share installation tips?
Very good questions, the rating of the installation depends on the installers experience. I have been installing 12 volt products for many years. The average person may be able to install this system with the appropriate tools and volt meter. You will need basic knowledge of removal and re-installation of trim and door panels. If you have medium experience in these areas, you should be able to navigate the installation instructions provided in the kit. I just had mine installed today but sadly when driving home, it couldn't detect any cars in my blind spot. It only detected 2 cars out of 25 cars. The cars are faster than my speed and are within 50 feet. What is wrong?
Sorry to hear you had a bad install. It could be a number of issues. Unfortunately, I can't say what it is without looking at it. I have a question will it do rear parking sensor alerts?
It does: the BSM (Blind Spot Monitoring) and the RCTA (Rear Cross Traffic Alert). It does not do the Park Pilot/Parking Sensors. Those are called Sonar Sensors and typically have 4 sensors drilled into the bumper cover. Let me know if you need additional info. Thank you for watching.

Hello I have a new 2022Chevrolet Silverado custom what would it cost to install on my vehicle?
Does this system will work on Honda CR-V LX 2020 because this model doesn't include them, so I need the Blind Spot System and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert system, thank you.
It should work on that vehicle, but, I would need to see a picture of the back of the vehicle to verify if the license plate is centered.
I’m getting this installed next week! Dumb question, but let’s say I buy a new car that still doesn’t have this great tech in 5-10 yrs (likely standard and/or self-driving everywhere, I know). Are these systems easy enough to uninstall and then reinstall?

@@fabiancedeno8095 It works great! Occasionally, it will pick up something else in the Blind Spot sensor (like a sign or some other object). I’d say that happens only once a week or every other week. Not a big deal at all - I’d rather it be slightly more cautious than not at all

@@adrianagape6690 we are in Houston. I do not know of any shops in your area that are using this system. Depending on the vehicle, average cost of parts and labor is around $950-$1350.

People want to buy or not on product like this depends heavily on how hard the installation is!!! DUH!!!
Where is the most important visual info of the back sensor or how it is mounted. I freaking wasted over 6' for a worthless video!!! Grhhhh!!!
