If you want safety this is a must have system. It uses microwave technology to detect any car that is in your blindspot. It detects the lane on your left and right side, so you have full coverage. Before you change lanes this system will let you know if it is safe to do so, the system will alert you by a small blinking luminescent light and a speaker. You can always turn the system off if you do not want it active.
Microwave detects small obstacles starting starting from 8-15m away, and big obstacles starting from 20m
if you don't react to the blinking LED light, the speaker will beep 3 times as a percussion.
THe speaker can be deactivated if you wish.
The blind spot detection system also consists of microwave two sensors, one in each side of the back bumper that will detect items in your blind spot.
Many high end vehicles such as the Mercedes Benz S Class and Volvo vehicles have this Blind Spot detection system. It is the future of driving safety. You will always know your surroundings.

So you would need to mount the radars outside the vehicle and run the wires to the front and install the lights somewhere on the door panels? Doesnt look like the harness is long enough to accomplish this, do you sell extention wires?

I installed this system. I noticed when changing lane on the left it makes a beep and flashing led lights while a vehicle is approching which is a cool feature but if i change lane on the right with indicators ON it does not beep and flash the led lights when a vehicle approches , does this feature only occurs on one side?

If you purchased this system from us, it should beep on both sides. There might be something with the trigger wires that was not connected properly. Please call our service department tomorrow and they will help find the problem.

Hi, it will not go through metal but you in that case you would skip using the bumper and put it on the quarter panel

The back of the LED indicator has 3m tape. We have seen people also use Velcro and it comes out very nice 😊

Assuming you are talking about plastic bumpers. Will this work on a vehicle with a metal bumper?

Yes, you can also put it on the side panel of the vehicle BEFORE the bumper

The harness indicator components are both female where the indicator extension components are both female as well therefore 2 adaptors with male components at both ends is needed otherwise a replacement of the harness is required to resolve the issue Be sure to include the pictures we took of the problem & that should be clearly understood altogether
