    Its all great to have high tech suspension initially, but it only requires more sophisticated and costly maintenance to keep it working properly.

    • @hawki5120
      @hawki5120 Před 5 lety

      There is some truth to that but then again allot of the tech used has been around for years and years in different applications. As far as the electronics of it all goes it's not leading edge anymore.

      Arctic cat offers this suspension on many sleds, and we're the first to use it. They started using fox qs3 on sleds in 16' they where just manual adjustment, Not on the fly.

      @Don Olypopper snowmobiles is a tiny market compared to off/on road bikes worldwide with not much profit in snowmobile markits its easyer to rent a chassis then to retool a factory but why pay rent when you got the money to buy shares plus help save a struggling company

  • @welderteach
    @welderteach Před 5 lety

    I find it funny how they pick on Yamaha for the low windshield when the majority of new sleds from all brands have the same or lower ones as standard equipment....this is like the 3rd video I’ve heard him bitch about it, must have something against Yamaha.

    Snowmobiles are still in the dark ages of comfort,speed,reliability and affordability.
    I bet your average 2003 f7 will give this thing a run for its money on speed and wind protection. And kick it’s ass in a ditch bang
    Sad but true, only things that are going to pucker with this sled is your wallet and your balls.

      F7 over the sidewinder in speed? you have to be joking, the fastest speed ever for a f7 would be being towed by a sidewinder

    • @douglasborgaro6801
      @douglasborgaro6801 Před 4 lety +1

      Amen on that! You have an apparent lack of exposure to some of the new technology available. The sidewinder has a lot of better things going. The only thing an F7 can do comparative wise with sidewinder speed is serve as ass wipe.
