I love how his wife is falling deeper in love as she listens to her husband's answers at the start of this podcast.❤
So needed! So difficult when 2 are not on the same page!😢
Teach them from an early age, and today they just hang around people with good character.
amen! @12:30 “dark cosmic powers..” 🔥 as per Ephesians 6 🙏
I just have to say that I’m sooo glad to have stumbled upon this channel. It’s been so helpful in my journey. It feels like I have a friend that I can listen to and receive advice from. May God bless your family!
I am SO GRATEFUL for this channel--thank you SO MUCH for all the topics that you breach and discuss. The practical advice alongside the biblical instruction (that so many of us can already "know") is a game changer. THANKS AGAIN!!!!
Praise God that I came upon your podcast. So so good. I love in particular that your perspective is from the family dynamics. When one is not used to healthy Godly family story, the vacuum of not having a sound foundation from which to navigate these issues show up when you are an adult and have no place to face these issues without a solid foundation from which to do so. Thankfully the foundation in Christ is solid for whatever needs to be faced. With God, through his son Jesus Christ, none of us need face life alone. I thank him that he points us to the godly resources such as your podcast to get the earthly help that points to the heavenly god fearing solution. Amen
Love this! I think every conflict should be handled through the lens of grace and truth, what is true and how can I offer it with grace.
Love, love, Julie
It’s been a blessing ❤
Again, the genuineness, it’s so refreshing! So helpful guys
I love this program! Love the eye contact and just how natural everything is. And the content is soooo helpful. Thank you all so much!
These conversations are always so funny, beautiful and relatable. Thank you the advise too.
Watching again
Loved this conversation. I really think Julie needs a vacation -by herself !! No kids. With her hubby and alone. She needs time to recharge. I appreciate the honesty.
There are those who are genuinely going through things and some who create the things they go through
Love, love ,love this!!! I am 3 time failure at marriage. 4th time got it right. HONOR AND RESPECT are crucial. Love the "Rightly related" comments. I have literally told my husband we cannot have this conversation without help. (Our premarital counselors moved to FL) so I told him if he wanted to continue that Convo he needed to find a Christian counselor or someone strong in faith he would trust and we could have the Convo with them. He is very sensitive and I am less thoughtful and careful with words than he. I grew up in family like Lisa that fought daily. (and unhealthy) I had/have so much to learn and heal from about disagreeing respectfully. Can't wait for more episodes!!
That’s good. Don’t attack each other. Attack the problem.
Parents should absolutely safeguard/protect their kids/teenagers from people who aren’t safe at all!! I don’t allow my nephews to play inside the next door neighbors home when I’m baby sitting them my nephews are allowed to play with the next door neighbor’s kids outside in the front yard and I sit outside and monitor my nephews while they are playing with the next door neighbors kids :)@ at home with the Beveres
Love these talks!! Please do some for those who are not married to saved husband or wife, that changes so much and can be hard to navigate.
Yes please!!!!
That would mean you’re unequally yoked…
@@mizzhelloodoesn’t mean that you can’t be in an unequally yoked marriage. You could become a believer while being married to an unbeliever or many other reasons to be in an unequally yoked marriage.
@@mizzhelloosometimes a spouse isn't given the option of staying equally yoked because of a spouse becoming a prodical. That's worse than being unequally yoked because they know the way, they are refusing to walk in the way.
I love how bold Addison is 🔥
Omdsssss🥹, this family podcast is literally an answer to my prayers ❤️.
I have been binge watching for 2 days now and i didn’t know I clicked on such a recent episode 😭😭😭. I was out here looking for part 2🥲🫠.
Anyways thank you soooo muchh!!! For being such awesome examples, can’t wait for the next episode 🤗.
So many good lessons we are implementing in our home through these table talks. Married 11 years and have two boys. Thank you for all of your biblical advice. God Bless!
This material is very helpful and I just thank you because in the 16 minute is what the most of Christian are. Wow, I appreciate this teaching and all the glory is for Christ.
Love!
Love these! And I love that John and you have been so open about the arguments early on. I have had a boyfriend that was very controlling and dominating and forceful and it was so stressful, not of peace, and not life-giving at all! It’s nice to see that you guys were able to work out some of that intensity that you guys have talked about.
I'm glad I stumbled upon this podcast!!! So much wisdom ❤
That’s so good. There are some things to bring to God only.
I wish i had these tools the last 13 yrs of marriage. Ive carried a lot of hurt
lol Juli & Lisa, I'm so much like you in my way of handling conflict. Thanks guys for sharing your wisdom xxx
i can tell the two of them are each individually passionate as people! i could see where the two of them were lightheartedly bumping heads by the looks at each other 😂. Honestly was refreshing and seems like they have a beautiful marriage so far.
I can relate.
My neighbor across the street has two girls and my girl always want to play with them.
I have heard one of the girls taking about Halloween, they are big celebrating Halloween.
Plus the mom has mentioned how her oldest ( only 5 at the time) loves playing video games.
They homeschool and I quickly learned that a homeschool family is not equal to a Christian family.
The mom always give me a negative feeling and I decided to not allow my kids to play with hers…
I feel bad but I just can’t trust
My intuition or something tells me no
There is your answer
.You have no peace. Also pray and ask the Lord to connect t your friends with Godly friends and disconnected with ungodly friends. You can't connect with everyone even people that live in your street and neighbour. Not everyone is is your connection.
I love real talk. We live & learn all of the time. God knows our fragility and He knows we don't always get it right. God in our boat makes the difference
Love it
Sooooo good. Thank you

Oh my gosh. They are so cute
I need prayers. I’m dealing with the addiction of my partner and sometimes I attack him instead of the situation. The reality is that I don’t know how to deal with this
W discussion, coming at perfect time for me, bout listen to part 2 rn
👏👏👏so deep and relatable. I dont know why my eyes filled with tears the moment she started to pray at the end ❤

Humor helps break the ice. I've heard be right or dead right

Gosh I wish I had this in NY suburbs here where a group of dads get together to get to know each other. I just don't have it in my millieu. Something to pray for.
God bless you and your families for sharing on such a real and Christlike level. Please guide us to or create more content about Peace Makers and Peace Keepers...how do we navigate such a dynamic?
yes train not control
♥
great conversation with a lot of practical wisdom. interruptions were distracting though....
Hey guys, I was wondering if you could do an episode on parenting children through teenage relationships. Especially, if your kid is dating a non Christian.
What age?
Thank you so much for working hard to keep it real!! So relatable even across continents..God bless you to keep going strong for Him!
Many relationships are based on a bunch of things like sex, food, friendship, dependancy, family but what happens over time is things breakdown causing conflict. Sometimes the balance of these relationships is lopsided, for example someone loses a job or your partner has to pickup the slack because your ill. And it's so good John isn't in on the discussion because we can blame him for everything. You're in charge so what's the plan? We don't like you're attitude so go and pray about it. You're not perfect so we won't even listen to you. I just said "I do", I didn't say "I love you" or I'll work on building a family together but it's totally your problem when things go south. I think John should find relationship and covenant with God. The priority for John is to find what John needs to make his life fulfilling in his relationships. Having others make their problems your problems by challenging your faith all the time is ridiculous. Workout your own faith by carrying your own cross, look after your own body, soul and spirit everyone. Find out what makes you happy and brings fulfillment. Were in the final days, sing praise and worship to God for all eternity.
Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement. - 1 Peter 3:6 KJV
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; - Ephesians 5:25 KJV
Marriage/covenant is only for Christians.
If that is true then Paul wouldn't have had to address an unbelieving spouse.
Do you know narsistic husband healed?
God 1st. You can idolize your spouse. Your spouse is not God. Wholeness before marriage is so important. Its a life ling Journey. Only God can heal a person's heart. Man is not God.
If is husband is a narcissist you can do nothing
Thank you for sharing this. I needed it today! 🤍
