Many people are held captive because they cannot be transparent, afraid of letting others know about the real person, afraid of being judged instead of letting it help others. Thank you for your transparency. It does take courage to reveal oneself. Thank you Lisa ❤❤❤
I have postpartum rage and this has spoken to me tremendously. I wasn't in an abusive household but I think what happened was when I went to boot camp for marines I came back with a lot of ptsd from that. Now anytime my baby is screaming and crying I scream at her or I just get so angry I take it out on myself or I'm stomping on the ground.
I had a huge breakdown when I called my sister a few days ago saying I'm not fit to be a mother and I can't do this alone.
I kept praying I needed someone to come and to be with me physically. I didn't. But a few days later this video came out. And I watched it and oh boy. It was a godsend at rhe perfect timing.
I'm working on it. I am trying to not see my baby as an enemy or anything. And just trying to work through the past hurts from boot camp.
God is with you and you are not alone ! Remember this too shall pass.
It is so hard becoming a mother. I’m sorry you’re going through a difficult time. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 helped me tremendously through those difficult times with my baby. I felt I wasn’t equipped to be a mother, but God so often would remind me that He is my strength when I am weak. Boast about your weakness because His grace will bring us through.
I would also tell myself, I’m not having a hard time, my baby is and that would soften my heart to her.
I pray God gives you the peace you need.
I will pray for you. Your mind and body have been conditioned due to the military and your childhood to respond in a way that is harming you and your family. You already know this but sharing it here and confessing it as sin (even if you didn’t create the circumstances that caused you to sin), exposes the lies and breaks the real enemy’s stronghold. Confessing and repenting also positions you in a place of humility and surrender before God. And that is where the real wonders of God can happen. I will pray for healing and deliverance and for God to restore!
May the Lord bless you, and keep you, may the Lord make his glorious face shined down upon you, and give you peace…
Sister the Lord knows you are a good mother, or you would not be a mother…
Just get on your knees every time you feel unworthy and just thank him for your beautiful child and the life that you have to take care of that child he's trusted you with that child. You are an amazing woman in his eyes. You are fearless and wonderfully made just like that beautiful baby of yours… You are not alone there was always hope and you can always ask someone for help…
Ultimately, Jesus Christ is there for you to give all your worries to him come to me all who are heavy late and then weary, and I will give you rest, and that is a promise that he keeps… thank you for being so real and thank you for sharing your story. God has got you girl…
Take care of that precious child you've been given not everyone gets that chance…❤❤❤❤❤❤
I am going through the exact same thing among other things, I also am a marine that just got out and dealing with postpartum rage, I have a 2 mo old and 2 yr old 😢 I hope we can seek God and find him when we do and continue to be transformed 🙏🏼
It’s amazing how many times this video kept popping up on my feed and I kept ignoring it, and this morning as I was driving to work, it automatically started playing after another had just stopped playing, and I realised that I needed this! Lord I surrender my anger and bitterness to the cross this morning, and I ask that you work on me, excavate and remove everything that is not of You from me, so that my life can glorify Your Name without limits! In Jesus Christ’s Name I pray, Amen 🙏🏾

As a mother who has struggled with EXPLOSIVE anger for years and years, I appreciate you sharing your story. Thanks to God I am learning to be softer and making it my mission to raise my children to being not only healthy physically but also mentally and spiritually. Thank you God for your mercy 🙏🏼

This had me in tears driving because I recently had an anger episode in Walmart with my son and I was so embarrassed that people witnessed a child of God making an angry scene. I'm working on it and I keep feasting on the word in this area.

The Lord has been calling me to fast, which I have started doing but honestly food isn't my problem.
I read my Bible in the morning and at night but during the day I watch a lot of CZcams.
Even though I only watch Christian content, I know that I need to limit it and spend more time in His presence.

Hosea 6:6
6 For I desire loving mercy, not sacrifice,
and true acknowledgment of God rather than burnt offerings.
Isaiah 58
“Shout it aloud, do not hold back.
Raise your voice like a trumpet.
Declare to my people their rebellion
and to the descendants of Jacob their sins.
2 For day after day they seek me out;
they seem eager to know my ways,
as if they were a nation that does what is right
and has not forsaken the commands of its God.

and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter-
when you see the naked, to clothe them,
and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?
8 Then your light will break forth like the dawn,
and your healing will quickly appear;
then your righteousness[a] will go before you,
and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.
9 Then you will call, and the Lord will answer;
you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I.
“If you do away with the yoke of oppression,

This world needs destroyed. Ya, I'm angry at GOD....Its just sick to born anyone to this kind of abuse. Then say he's with us. Oh he well heal us...no I'm not MOCKING HIM. I believe he could. When i am angry at my husband i eventually begin to get angry at his mom for passing her toxics traits to him then i think my sons wives will hate me too ,lord help me i dont anger issues but my husband does when i flip i am on fire ,please pray me to let out healthy way .i really enjoy ur transparency because this everyday challenges for belivers

I needed this. I was just born again last year and anger has still been something I occasionally struggle with. It has definitely gotten a lot better and easier but there are times when I still react too harshly to things.

I stay in public housing, coming up to 9 years.
Clockwork, the neighbour smokes and carcinogens come into where I live.
I work hard, and pray daily but I cannot close the window (I live on the equator.) I have prayed for 9 years now, against the pollution. I think it could be demonic, and I am attacked.
Ive learnt from Bethel - bitterness is making pacts with devil. Im at 16:23 and howling for freedom too. 9 years.
sometimes one neighbour stops, another (from another window) starts. "Deliverance" comes and after a while, the poison starts

Don't be fooled anger is never okay and especially righteous anger, there is no such thing. Anger is an aberration of the indignation one feels at self that is the transformative part of repentance that makes you not sin again. It is an holy force turned to evil use

@@FaithinChristJesus777 "The wrath of man worketh not the Righteousness of God." And becoming angry about something is to EXCEED in sin whatever it is you are angry about. The beam in the eye is not hypocrisy, it is anger, intolerance/irritation/annoyance, which are all shades of the same spirit. Anger, even so called 'righteous' ALWAYS decreases blood flow to the brain and makes you less intelligent. Why drop to that level? Pray earnestly rather for wit, wisdom and compassion, which deal with other people's sin without behaving like the devil.

In your patience, Iram, you will possess your soul. You know for a fact that when you are angry, you lose it. So pray to God to draw closer to Him, for Him to invest in you a love for gentleness, a respect for others, even sinners, a sense of humour with which to win other people's respect. It is your pride that makes you think its ok if you get angry.

Umm No,there's no such thing as fasting TV or phones or other stuff. That is just sacrificing things, you won't get any spiritual benifits from that, It is unbiblical. Fasting is only abstaining from food and sometimes water for a time to get closer to God, sacrificing other stuff during that period is included. It is for everyone,the Bible says when you fast not if.
I wanted to hear Gods Word but it’s all about the speaker. She looks great but I don’t need to know her age. 15 min into it. Entertainment & empty. Give me the gospel not empty antics.
Maybe you need to practice slow in critiquing and quick in listening and reflecting on the passages of God's Word that the speaker referred to about this topic... how to not respond in the flesh. Clearly, she humbled herself by illustrating her own experiences on issues with anger management and in doing so making it relatable for others who are wrestling with those issues as with other carnal habitual behavior.
This goes beyond anger. It can apply to really any work of the flesh. Thank you Jesus for this warning ❤️🩹
