- 30 Minute No Equipment, No Jumping TOTAL BODY HIIT - I needed this workout today! I love the freedom of the no equipment workout. This is great for vacation, or if you lack equipment in your home gym. But don't be fooled, we won't make it easy! This is an intense no equipment workout, even if there is no jumping involved.

This was a really good workout for me. I'd love more of these. I'm about to have my MRI, had a CT and found spinal canal stenosis. Severe. Will be seeing a Neurosurgeon. I've had a time this last year. So I have to watch what kind of workout I do for now. Thanks a bunch! I hope you feel like yourself soon!

Great workout for me today 👍. I wanted something without weights, to get my HR up and to sweat, this was perfect! Man, those crawling lunges and frog squats with leg raises get me every time, whew! 🔥😅 Those give a great burn on the legs.
This was so hard for me to not pause the video lol! But I did it! I was Zone 3,4,5 for this 😅😅😅

I couldn’t work out until this evening, which I hate. This was a perfect work out that I could fit in and still got the blood flowing. Enjoyed that! Lots of ab exercises. Thank you Tracy. Replaced some exercises with static planks on my elbows to protect my wrist while it heals and did some crunches (3 sets of 10) on my declining bench.

Yay, BBF's program is complete with this workout! 👍🎉It's been great, Tracy! I loved all the workouts, and have listened to all the talks. I want to go back and listen again, and take notes, then go off and do some more research on those topics. Also I'm going to try experimenting with some of the dietary tweaks you suggested.

Great little workout. I had the 45 min. Killer compound Hiit on mind yesterday but I was running late this morning. So I did this short workout. Low impact keeping up strength though.

Thanks for these great low impact workouts Tracy. I started doing them when I was injured from running and could not believe how high I can get my heart rate without jumping….especially if adding light weights which some of your workouts do. I am happy to say I am recovered from my injury and able to run but I am still doing these workouts. Thank you!!

I continue to do most of your workouts regularly and my preference is low impact cardio and the barre exercises with light weights. I definitely prefer timed to rep range and was surprised that so many people said they preferred rep range. I am sorry you caught the Covid and hope your recovery is swift and thorough! It’s the classic it’s not you it’s me! I’ve worked out with you 4 out of 5 days this week and was on 🔥! Today I felt bloated, heavy, my balance was off but I worked up a great sweat and I moved daily! I’ll feel sooo much better for having stuck with it. Thanks for these interesting workouts. I appreciated the abs today. I need to focus on my diet now because although it’s healthy my body does not respond well to going off topic. Next up - how to get leaner. Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you for this workout. I just got a PICC line yesterday with antibiotics. So I cannot do weights for a couple weeks. Except for push-ups or planks this was perfect for me as I want to keep moving and stay healthy until I get this out. Definitely keeps me mentally focused to push through it all.

That's exactly what I had.
This was a great total body low impact workout, though I did add a little impact on some cardio moves. But I worked up quite a sweat. It went from 40 to 85 degrees in a couple days, so I really got sweaty. Thanks the variety of fomats you offer us.

Great low impact no equipment workout. I got a major sweat on. I love your low impact workouts but they are still so high intensity! Thank you. I am so sorry to hear you had COVID. I had no idea. I’m sure you’re over it (hopefully) by now, but sorry to hear you were sick. On a positive note, I have heard if you’re vaccinated and you have also had COVID, that’s the best defense against it. Not sure if that’s true, but I read that. Thank you so much for this workout
