- 30 Minute Beginner Low Impact Cardio HIIT -No Repeats, All Standing Cardio at Home. I have been loving the all standing workouts lately. If my wrists are bothering me, this is my go-to. I did break a wrist a few years ago, trying to do an aerial off of a deck! Needless to say, it can aggravate me at time! This is a great beginner workout as it is fun with the no repeats, and easy on the joints with the low impact.

Thank you so much for doing more of these low impact beginner workouts. I have regressed in my fitness and have gained back 17 lbs of the 40 I lost and kept off for three years. I am not where I once was with my fitness, and as of January, I have been dealing with hip and leg pain that has made it challenging to do workouts. My hip and leg are much better now since the beginning of the month but am still dealing with pain, but these workouts are manageable! Blessings to you and all do! Thanks for making workouts that are doable for all levels!

Thank you Tracy ,this workout was amazing and just what my body needed especially after a week of intense workouts . I would definitely love to see more all standing workouts because this was great and it was less stress on my injured knee and back .

Though I’m not a beginner, this workout was perfect for getting back into the swing of it after a bout with illness. I always like to workout as soon as I start feeling better because I feel it helps sweat out the virus quicker, but I wasn’t able to hit it at full strength yet. So, this was perfect. I do enjoy all standing workouts at times but I love working chest and back and I like floor exercises for that. Thank you for continually putting forth great workouts!

Great workout, arthritis flaring up because of a lot of humidity here in Denmark so I've painful knees, ankles, wrists, shoulders but I still wanted to move so I did this one and I can't believe how sweaty I am. I'm not a beginner but sometimes with arthritis pain, I prefer this kind of workout so definitely more like this please and all standing preferably too :) thank you Tracy 😊
