- 45 Minute Low Impact Cardio & Sexy Arm Workout -Oh, I always love this combination of cardio and strength! During the low impact cardio, I hold lighter weights, between 2-5 pounds, and boy does that ever make a difference in how high your heart rate will climb! It makes a low impact cardio workout, feel like work! Then, we are going into some strength exercises to sculpt your arms. I hope you enjoy this combo!

I appreciate that! People get so mad though, lol. Every podcast I listen to has ads, every one. The problem is that with workouts, it can disrupt the flow, and I get that, which is why they are turned off.
@@TracySteenMoveDaily These folks should nit get upset. Most other fitness channels on YT put adds at the beginning, middle and end. You should be able to do the same.
Tracy, just finished my first HITT workout since my hip replacement 7 weeks ago. Boy did it feel good to get a sweat on! I did some modifications for lunges but for the most part kept up with you! I too am a people pleaser and could completely relate to what you were saying about having to “ justify” why I do what I do if I make a mistake. Thank you for always being so transparent and honest. I just love this channel and am grateful I can continue to work out daily.

I never learned my lesson, always get cocky with the low impact and by 10 minutes in I’m panting like a dog. I feel like you don’t ever even repeat the format of your workouts. You continue to keep it fresh every day. And coming from another serial people pleaser one group of people that I would not worry about is the CZcams haters. The majority of your followers are loyal and devoted and would never complain about ads. And if it wasn’t a mistake. Why would you not be deserving of monetizing this high quality continent? Great workout Tracy, it’s my first HITT workout since my hip replacement surgery 7 weeks ago. For the most part I kept up with you doing some modifications when it came to the lunges. It was sure great to get a sweat on! I too am a people pleaser and I thank you for your honesty and transparency when you speak of your own personal experiences. I also feel the need to “ justify” my position when I make a mistake and can be defense as well. Thank you for sharing your perspective. I love this channel and I’m grateful that I can move daily! That was sure WORK for me during that last circuit! I I was running out of steam by then, but made it through strong to the last King Kong (even did an extra rep 😅). I loved that this workout had an arm focus, but we still got quite a cardio burn and the lower body got to join in, as well! 😁Great workout Tracy, thank you ♥🤗

Speaking about the mistake you made in your one video, anyone who knows you knows you are not a money hungry person. With that being said, I really don't understand why people are opposed to you making money. You work hard and use a lot of your own resources, so why would you not want to be compensated? Isn't it human of us to make mistakes? And I would hope that when I make mistakes people can show grace and when others make mistakes I can extend grace to them as well. Keep being who you are, lovable, human, fun, hard working and a strong beautiful woman! I am so happy that you are reaching the recognition you so deserve.

Tracy, I really SUPER loved this workout! 👍💗This is one of my favorite formats, cardio with weights, and the strength moves were no joke (I especially loved that first circuit). I really liked how it was upper body focused, but the legs were incorporated as well with the squats and lunges. I challenged myself to go heavier with the shoulder presses and biceps curls 💪, so feeling pretty proud of myself 😊. It was an all-around excellent cardio & strength workout, and I am now pretty sweaty! 😅😂Thank you Tracy!! 🤗

Wow an amazing low impact cardio arms workout. I love this combination of cardio as well the impact of strength with light dumbells and the switch to heavier dumbells for the arm excercises.💪
I was so enthusiastic through the rounds that I hit my knee with the dumbell (clean & snatch) luckily not injured though.😅

So let’s say today i want to train my triceps.
I need to do 10 sets of each triceps exercises in order to see some definition, am i right?
Maybe not of each exercise, because some of them target the same head of the triceps. But yes, that's the idea. You can break the 10-15 sets up throughout the week.
I'm not concerned about the ADs honestly people need to focus on the good things and move forward. Life is too short to complain. I appreciate you. Make the $$$ with ADs. In my opinion adds cortisol levels when complaining. Lol
