- 40 Minute Fun and Fast Low Impact Cardio HIIT -It was time for some fun and fast cardio today! This will be a 3 repeater session. So we take one exercise, repeat it 3x for 30 seconds each before moving on to the next exercise. It moves quick with only 10 seconds in between. Feel free to hold some light weights to kick up your heart rate even more in this all standing cardio HIIT workout!

You see that "low impact" and you have to remind yourself Tracy still is going to make this difficult. Great mid-week routine. Excellent work. All character traits and virtues can be refined just like any skill. Focusing on just those things is a way to improve but ultimately the person has to change themselves to make those things the by-product of being a different person. Looking outside and above yourself is a good place to start. As you change then those things fall into place. Great work Blondie. 👍🏽!

Thank you Tracy! ❤This was an excellent low impact, but high intensity cardio workout! 👍🔥I love using the light hand weights for this, it really does kick up the HR, and gets your arms and shoulders burning! 😁I liked all of the moves, very fun and the time seemed to fly. I added on a 10 minute booty band workout, just right to finish everything off! 😅

This was a great “low impact” workout. I sometimes go into these thinking it’s going to be an easier day because it’s low impact but dont let that fool you. wow….my heart rate got up to 143 (max for my age of 61 is 159). This was a high intensity workout for sure, without the high impact. Loved it Tracy! I added your 10 min an workout as a finisher.

Low impact always challenges me as I keep changing to high impact when I recognise the exercise. I therefore have to work hard and concentrate more. When I use the weights it sure does make you have a good workout. Thanks Tracy for making me challenged and making me do exercises in a different way.

This is the 70 year old that did your beginners class 1 day ago due to my surgery. Well I am very proud of my self I finished this class without weights “i am not crazy my doctor just realist me to work out. It has been 6 months since I have worked out! Yeah!!

That was TOUGH, especially with 5# dumbbells. I wish you talked more throughout the workout, the more "quiet" there is, the more time I have to self-doubt myself, as you mentioned in your cool down.
