- 45 MINUTE B.L.U.C.A. | NO REPEAT | Total Body Workout - This was a requested workout from my member, Jilly! I loved it! It was fun and fast and the combination was exactly what I needed this morning. Each no repeat section has one barre exercise, then a lower body, then an upper body then a cardio, then an ab! Lots going on! Enjoy, I know I did!

Well this was SO much fun! Thank you to Jilly and Tracy! I haven't done a 45 min workout for a while but because of the no repeat format it flew by!! More B.L.U.C.A workouts would be greatly appreciated!

I loved this! I typically don’t like workouts that are exclusively barre because I get bored. I loved that the barre was mixed in with how I prefer to lift. Thank you so much!!!

That was fun (and sweaty)! 😅I don't like barre enough to do a whole class of it, but I like it in intervals throughout a workout like we did here. 👍It is good for getting in that high volume, and builds endurance. I loved the strength moves that kept my HR up, along with the cardio intervals! Thanks Tracy, this was just great to start off my week 🥰

You aren't the only one who drops those metal water bottles. SUPER dangerous, have seen so many people get hurt. Take them out of your bag before putting them in the overhead bin. (Flight Attendant here). Great workout though!!
