    My favorite part of all the reviews are the open box review
    And him throwing shade at other reviews

      The simplicity of the videos. Still phots and narration is far superior than other videos.
      And it helps people build models better than long winded videos that are all talk and no build.

      Yes, All the parts come out of the box when I opened it. No kidding. Locate the parts you will need then cut them off. Do you have to talk like everybody is 10 years old. Your dialog is annoying.

    I wish I had this great tutorial back last year when I built my Dart model! Your method of using still pictures and narrating is way better than the way other guys do it, hem-hawing with shaky video.. Thanks

    Great build. I like how you always detail the tires with sandpaper. If you heat the slicks a bit on one side and roll them on a hard surface you can also get an authentic drag slick wrinkle. It doesn't roll any more, but who cares in a display model?

    Nicely done Doug. Have you done a '58 Plymouth? It would be a interesting subject, as the side glass is a real pain to fit. Had to do some light sanding on the insides of the body. people bash that kit as having curved and innacurate side spear, but it builds into a very cool Christine!!!

    I just discovered your videos and I love them! Thanks! One question, please. Could you put the hemi engine in the stock body, making an awesome "sleeper" (my favorite kind of muscle car)? Will the hemi fit under the stock hood?

    • @RightOnReplicas
      @RightOnReplicas  Před 7 lety

      Mark that's a great question. I'm sure one of the readers will know for sure but I suspect it would fit. Dimensionally the 440 is close to the hemi's. On the other hand, you could always cut out the hood under the scoop tp provide topside clearance. -Doug

      True, the way I see it is that once you built a muscle car, all the rest of that type of cars are basically the same! I like to build front wheel drive layouts, six cylinders, four, rear mounted engines and different cars so that I am entertained! Even ugly duckling cars are more interesting than a Corvette ( as an example). The last kit I bought was a Citation ! Ugly, rare, and it just looks weird and interesting in my collection!
