Got to say I learned more from this video than last 4 I watched. No silly music, no BS talking. Great video.
Just cut my fingertip off with an m&p OTF. Five star review, holds an edge well.
Why do i believe you 😂

Lol
Where did you get it
Got as gift. felt bad returning it but I made sure they got their money back. safety didn't work and its single action. I have liner lock knives that deploy when you take them out of your pocket faster.
I've had the Lightning for 20+ years now and it still works flawlessly! Not sure how many thousand times I've opened and closed it, but several. It still klicks as well as the first time!
will it ship to illinois
And it never failed ?? Like it never didn't open and need to be fixed ??
impressive
Just ordered my first knife from you guys thanks to this video. So excited!
I’m pretty knew to the whole knife collecting hobby. I don’t have the most money at the moment but these knives will definitely test my spending habits. You guys look like you have some great high quality knives and I hope to buy from you soon!
Very helpful video. Wanting to buy a double action without spending the big bucks and this video had a great deal of info in a small package. Looks like the coffin blaster for me.
This video just helped you sell 2 more knives. Keep it up!
I know I’m years late but I love these videos. Your presentation and explanations really worked for me. Thank you!
Great video, no fluff bs just straight to business. Thank you, very refreshing.
them single knifes look way cooler and just love them, auto knives are ok for me the single action ones
Love that copper inlay!!!👍🏿 niceness just found you’re Chanel very good, thanks
akc f-16 has the grip tape and i love the neon green.
nickelodeon kinda vibe. i love it.
Love your videos and your website. Please consider making a video that features the knife care stuff that you offer (knife oil, sharpeners, whetstones, polishing cloths, sheaths, etc.) because once you start collecting knives you want to know how to take care of them. Thanks!
Thanks! Good suggestion, too. -Holly
After watching this video I purchased a few knives from your site. Awesome video. Thanks 👍 🙏!
Yeah! AKC. Not always super functional but worth a mention as affordable Italian autos. They're fun.
That titan is nice for the price, I enjoy mine throughly.
I'd love an OTF knife with, in place of the window breaker, a Phillips screwdriver bit that reverses to a flat-head and can also use other 1/4" bits.
New to your videos. Glad you showed up. Very tired of hipsters on other blade channel. Thank you for refreshing look at knives without silliness.
I though I would never find a good website to buy knives you proved me wrong
i just ordered the AKC F-16 Black D/A OTF Automatic Knife - Dagger Black Plain. cant wait for it to show up. i kinda wish it had a glass breaker in it but i like the color, the dagger style, the slimness, and what i will call a "cross gaurd" to keep you from slipping down on the blade. thanks for the video
I'm totally gonna steal that "cross guard" reference, that's fantastic! - Holly
Ive baught 5 autos from you guys in the past month i love the fast shipping and great prices
Glad to hear it! Thanks, man. -Holly
Adam Hastings hey I just wanted to know how to tell the different in manual vs spring on the titles it doesnt really say
I'm about to order based on your comment, hopefully I get the same results!
Drew Shoemaker yeah if it’s manual that means you have to fold it out and in yourself. It it says spring assist that means you still have to flick it out yourself but it’ll be faster because of a spring. If it says automatic that means the knife comes out on its own just by the flick of a switch.
It doesn’t says when might it will be delivered
Thanks for putting them all side by side for size comparison, most don't. I have large hands & I'm torn between the Titan & the F16.
If you haven't already purchased one of the two I honestly recommend the f-16 as a cheap but surprisingly durable knife to have, and it's also fun to fidget with.
@@mattmystery1967 Thanks Matty. As the F-16 Fighting Falcon is my favorite aircraft for personal reasons its hard not to really want the F-16 in Grey. For the money I'll prob eventually own both!
These people have the best knives at the right prices in my opinion! Ive ordered quite a few of their budget options and have always been pleasantly surprised with the quality but even more so with customer care and shipping times...great stuff guys (gal😉) keep it up!
Maybe a under $100 video is in the future. I've bought 2 Titans and a Boker Magnum from the site before. The Titan can take some serious abuse and it's very lightweight
Yup, there's a reason the Titan is a favorite.
I recently purchased an MNT otf for under $90 440c steel..great review and it's an American company with great customer service. They also offer a higher grade steel for a bit more.
How long did the titan last?
I really wanna know?
@@blockofcheese3606 Still have both Titans and my Boker and they function like day 1. I more recently got a Lightning that is very similar to the Titan . They work for me and I'm abusive to them. Only thing I've had to do is sharpen the blades every now and again plus lubricate. It does as intended and that's cut what you need to cut. Only thing I would suggest against is using the blades on the Titan or Lightning as a pry tool as they're not heat treated for those types of tolerances.
I just ordered a knife from them too! Lightning FTW! thanks guys!
Mayb next video showing if it has much blade play or not
The thing I don't care for, at all, on the Schrade is how far back the release/return is & how you hold it so far back, "out" of the hand to deploy. I have 1 of their Viper's I believe, it deploys good & strong sometimes & not so the other part of the time. I really like the double action or the in & out of your knives. Thanks for hosting. Jonesy
Yup, there's a reason double action OTF's are so popular! - Holly
Lighting from Twain.. question: how about a brand call ‘’Boltshot’’ is that OTF is that one any good? Thanks nice video 🙂
solid build, great action, cheap - TIL I was an otf knife
That Titan is baaaad! Partial to double action myself. You were right about the fidget factor on that Coffin Blaster! Thanks for gettin' me into trouble!
the lightning has always been a solid workhorse from Taiwan
Taiwan doesn't f around!
Your website is awesome
My schrade ofter like 3 years stop firing all the way and it’s still works great I carry it all the time and I’ve chipped the blade tip multiple times and it still good but you have to push the blade a bit forward but still I think I just have to open it and lube it
The NNK double action otf knife on amazon is amazing around 48 dollars after taxes and shipping
Wow they look amazing and the price!! 💘 will be doing business soon!
Happy about getting one soon 😌
Im just getting into otf knives. I think I just found knife heaven.
Amei o video, parabéns pelo seu trabalho!
Like the first one, biggest blade in comp to the handle.
but how is the blade?, will it hold it's edge good?
I like the Schrade Viper. Its very solid for an inexpensive knife.
I am looking for a better double action off but not microtech price. More like $100 to $125 range. Anything in that price point worth buying?
Well done video, this young lady is very knowledgeable and professional.
Hi holy , that first lightning otf dagger (non serrated) u showed that's two toned blade , black handle. I couldn't find it on your site. Can u link me it?
Yea I like the way she gets to the point
I have an auto knife that I’m look to buy more of but i don’t know its name. The box says CS tactical edge. Its a spear head i believe and sharp on both sides.
It heavily resembles this one 6:12 but is bigger and the handle is black. I currently own 2.
years ago I had a front opener that had a very strong ejection spring. The spring was so strong that it pushed the blade through cabinet shop panel board. Who makes such a quality unit today?
Just get a ballistic knife at that point
Great explanation informational video! I prefer hearing a woman’s voice liking knives too. Thanks
Also as owner of more bigger name bigger priced otf it’s awesome to know there’s cheaper great options out there.
Hey guys i need some help, id like to buy an otf double action, im just a bit worried about the safety situation, since i like to carry it hidden inside my trousers, is there any model that comes with a safety button?
I like the copper patina. I put a patina on the copper bolsters of one of my knives with ammonia and salt. I had to do a lot of taping up to protect the rest of the knife, but it came out awesome. I really like that look.
You should show the blade wiggle when it's out. They all have it, but to what degree?
At the 0:51 mark, I like the Titan OTF for $34.99. It looks pretty beefy. I would go with the double edged dagger blade.
Idk if I like the possible dropping issues with that schrade knife, that knife in an unfamiliar users hands while the owner tells you "careful it's an otf and that black nub on the spine is the trigger"
They push it a few times in the direction they think it'll go and when it doesn't they frustratingly push it back and forth. Suddenly the blade has come out the bottom of the knife
Those are GREAT OTF's. The Lightnings are my favorite, and a good buy. Good job demonstrating all the models. Thanks! (You're costing me a lotta money, you know. lol!)
Thanks! Sorry not sorry for costing you a lotta money, lol. -Holly
I got the smith and wesson single action- it's great.
One question, is it better to leave it "in storage" with the lock released, but the blade not pulled back? Wouldn't this give the most rest to the springs?
Springs don't deteriorate because they're compressed, it's the movement, so it doesn't matter how you store it tbh. Flipping the action in and out will deteriorate the spring, leaving it closed will not so you'll be fine leaving it in a grab bag or something of that nature. Dust and particulate can still get in there so every now and then you might want to drop a bit of oil, but that's after years if not in use.
Sorry for the year late response, but I see this question asked a lot regarding both knives and gun magazines, and the answer is the same in both cases, it's a small bit of fundamental mechanical knowledge that goes a long way
Lightning and Coffin Blaster, all day!
Does lightning have a safety?
I have the first two. Bought years ago. Don't carry anymore. Good for stabbing and slicing, not so much for EDC.
Thanks just made a purchase
I think I would take the o.d. green M&P as I'm a die hard Smith and Wesson fan. What are some of the city's for under 100.00 that have great action and wont break right away.
Try Philadelphia.
How do we tell which otf on your site are the zinc alloy, and aluminum handles? The descriptions just says alloy. Edit: I got it. They say alloy (zinc), or aluminum. I just had to dig deeper. Can’t expect a $35 otf to have an aluminum handle.
Nice additionto to my M&P 9 mil conceals license
Just subcribed to the channel . Briefly looked at the website on a mobile . Do you offer the Joker knife in full size
Hey anyone know what to search up on Amazon to get one
I just went to your website your prices are amazing
Did the website deliver them? I’m just so anxious about getting mine.
Have the lighting and f16...Actually like the lighting better.
What's better lighting vs back
How did you get the patina on the copper?
Does the 1st smith and wesson single action have to close with 2 hands. Do all single action otf knives have to be closes 2 handed. I have never owned one and need it to be single handed. I also hear they have very little blade play or any at all. Great review by the way. Also your voice is super soothing an pleasant, yet caries knowledge and authority. Nice having a womans voice and opinions for a change in knife reviews on youtube. Thank you. 😀🤟👍
The Lightning OTF is hands down the best knife in the video. However stay away from the dagger edition unless you want a letter opener or just a fidget knife.
yep.....dull and hard to sharpen even on my Wicked Edge gen 3 pro
Like all of them but the green Smith&Wesson I would have to go with
I took your advice and bought the first one you showed. THANKS, SWITCHBLADE SISTER!
I bought one these last year (lighting )and after about a week the thumb switch snapped off . Opened it up and the small sliding clip the blade slids and thumb button fits to snapped so the blade is open now cant close it . Not happy lasted less than a week . Waste of $35
i had a lightning otf the spring broke after a day would not recommend that one
Kind of an odd place to put the release button on the Schrade.
So how much is the COFFIN BLASTER?
How sturdy is the blade
Hey grindworx can u make your nato military otf original in stock I will purchase a bunch of them
How long does a f-16 take to ship tho
Do you have any discount codes? F16 is now 60.00😞
2,really ❤3 ,5,&7
I hope those budget knives are sharper than my microtech ultratech de. Was out of the box
Do you ship otf knives to maryland?
I would take the lightning OTF
Stippled = sandpapery super grippy inlay stuff?
This is the way
Just a random fyi the sound of the knife and your voice makes a great asmr video lol
Is the titan duel sided?
The shrade is Not Bad cause U can hold and open it in a reverse grip
Ordered an M&P just waiting on delivery. I also have a coffin in my desk drawer for.... You guessed it opening mail and of course for the fun of flicking it on and off.
As someone who has owned a single and double action i can say i prefer double action, im a warehouse worker and my hands are always full meaning i dont have time to use both hands to close the knife and put it away.
It takes about the same time to do both
Do all single action otf,s have to be 2 handed close? I am in the same situation and can't use 2 hands to ckose a knife but like that they say single action has less blade play. Thanks.
Wish you had international shipping
Do you ship it in Canada?
I have a S&W M&P and it's an awesome knife. Had to break it in a little, somtimrs the blade release didn't reset automatically. A little oil and working the release slicked it up a bit. I got mine locally for around the same price. I have a Schrade with a different handle design but the same action and it stays in my truck as my emergency seat belt cutter/window breaker/carjacker repellent. Both are great knives but I like the S&W better as a "carry" knife.
the Homeij Lion Lock ! !
Why are all the f 16's out of stock
Can u ship otf knives to Cali
Do you guys ship to California
Are any of these legal in California
are they legal in Washington?
How much price
