    Like you said in the video. Communication to the customer is key. It’s all about delivery. I’ve had things like this happen before, and it isn’t fun. Good customers are important. Keep up the good work!

      I agree. It’s always easier at the shop. At the moment, it’s not the easiest thing for me to transport equipment to my shop but I’m working towards that.
