Good stuff man! The signal on that entry sensor can be bypassed. The receiver (3 wire sensor) signal wire is a 5 volt pull down. If you ground it, the module sees 0V all the time and allows you to travel. If it sees 5V it thinks the sensor is blocked. This would only work if the sensors have failed. There is a separate module for this system, if that failed you would have to replace it or turn off the feature with the software as you mentioned.

@@octaviocarrillo5954 interesting, I tried to bi-pass it a few times but I had no luck. The sensors were functioning, it just had a bunch of water and acid around the eye lids. I didn’t know about grounding the signal wire. Thank you 🙏🏻

Just got yourself another sub! I worked at a major Raymond Dealer for almost 10 years, out on my own now. Been doing a lot of different things since I quit Raymond, have had a forklift repair business for almost a year, but I am about to really put all my focus on that!

Comon hiccup on the entry beams. Paper towel of air clean always helps, also the sunlight messes with it.

It's nice to get lucky sometimes. Hey, that cardboard on the overhead guard, you should tell them to take it off. They probably won't do it but you don't want them blaming you when they have an accident because they couldn't see what was going on at full lift.
