I love videos like this. I normally just pack my husband leftovers from dinner or a sandwich if we don't have any. He normally gets a yogurt and fruit with it.

Yes for me it definitely helps us to eat what we have at home and make healthier choices!! Idk why but I will never open the fridge and grab grapes to eat( I would just grab some chips or like candy 😂) , but if I have them already washed and in a container with a sandwich I will eat them 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
