I’m always impressed with your frugal life. You cook like a seasoned cook with so many great ideas to share. One thing I’ve learned recently is to save my veggie scraps to make broth. I keep mine in a zip lock bag in the freezer and use it later. It can be made to can or to freeze. In times like we’re living in right now, it seems canning it would work better for my family. Nice job. Next time on the roll ups (or anything with pasta sauce) add a little water into the “empty” jar. Then add it back into whatever youre making!

How can you freeze matar paneer an Indian dish
Not a good idea to freeze matar paneer as the paneer will really become hard. Although you could just add the paneer to the matar just when you want to eat it . Hope that helps
