Thank you! Just prepped your 5 easy vegan/freezer crackpot recipes. We full time RV around USA and space is limited so I shopped at Walmart ( I miss NJ Shoprite, never thought I would say that) and came straight home amd prepped all the bags, made a mess, 1 time clean up, 5 meals in my little freezer. Had trouble finding vegan veg broth so will have to hunt elsewhere for that and add it on day of cooking. The lentil soup had frozen sweet potatoes but don't think they were on the shopping list so I will have to buy them and also add day of cooking. Watching all your other videos now and feeling very motivated, if I had a big freezer I would make it all! As we travel we sometimes land in areas with very limited grocery stores so knowing I have meals in freezer is great.
