All Ms players should go to Driveline... especially Julio and Raleigh.

lol, "getting shredded by average pitchers" right before Estes goes 6.1 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 0BB in less than 80 pitches against the M's

Didn't we just hire that hitting coach 🤣

Mariners still have a hitting coach and even a director of hitting strategy they just don't have a "offensive coordinator" anymore. I say it was too many cooks in the kitchen.

Agreed. Too many chefs. Either the messaging was conflicting, or just too much density of information.
As Yogi Berra said, you cannot think and hit at the same time.

A month plus has passed and NOTHING has changed. I have been shouting this from the roof tops for fifteen years now. There is a SYSTEMIC failure throughout the organization (A, AA and AAA and the big ball club) where batting eye and patience at the dish is under valued if not nearly ignored. Until this culture is changed SYSTEM wide the Ms will continue to struggle with home grown batting development.

90% of the decisions the mariners make always seem to be reactionary vs making decisions/moves to solve problems before they arise, and it's ridiculous. I just want an offense for one season where I'm not wondering if or when they will blow their one run lead.
