Every club has a new manager bounce last season ETH went to 2 finals and won one of em. We had the best clean sheet in the league. And now we have no CB, no LB, no CDM and one striker who we don't provide service for. And yet ETH should be sacked. For God sakes wake up!!!!

And I agree antony is bad but initially we walked away from him just to go back at the last second of the transfer window to pay a fortune for his transfer and wages. Ten Hag in. First season with everyone fit he has the best record of any manager in United’s history. Get rid of the average players that have been there for to long and add some more that fit his system and watch what happens.

Not saying ETH should not be considered a sacking but, as per your analogy (Flex).
In Corporate world, when a staff not listening to a manager, he is due to receive a warning letter and would be on verge being sacked.
or they might keep the staff with verbal/written warning (depends on the severity of the offence), until a good employee is identified and hired.
Managers are given that much power to do so, which is not as same as in football. Can ETH fire the players? Can he remove them from the 1st team, yes he could but what are his options?
A manager takes the biggest blame in corporate industry because they are very well paid compared to the staff, who are well paid in Man Utd is it the Manager or the players? Who should shoulder the bigger responsibility? If by your logic, that means players should shoulder the bigger responsibility and be sacked before the manager.
Both the players and manager have caused the downfall of Man Utd, but the problem some of us have is, which we have seen before (there is NO prove the new regime will make changes as what we see it). To us keeping the manager is wise, to get rid of the non-performers as he have worked with them directly. New manager might fancy some of the non-performer, and they will play great for the season and then down tools again. As this will delay the rebuild of the club.
Does anyone in the board knows who are the players who are not up for it? Certain things happen in changing room and during training which most board members would not even know.
The buck stops with the manager, but will it improve or is just a delaying the uninventable and the cycle continues!!!

There is not a single top football player that has become good because he has been caring about the money as the most important.
Every single of them had and have the drive to be one of the best first of all.
You might only care about your paycheck in your profession and that will be the reason why you will never be really good at your job or have a great career.
The money is only a great bonus for what you do.
A player at the age of Casemiro that knows that this might be his large big pay check, might have less of a drive to give it all when he knows that it most likely will not help and he won't win anything.
Specially if he has lost all belief in the manager.
But if Casemiro really believed in what the manager did and he saw that he could manage to win something, he would still give his all.

Because I have been a professional footballer myself.
Never at Premier League level, but the attitude is still not different.
I have also worked as a football coach for years and players that only care about the money they might earn and not about becoming as good as possible and give their best on the pitch in every single game and in every single training session, will never reach a high level.

Against Palace, United should have known the tactics of Palace, they have won games recently playing a certain way now they have their best two players back, but ETH sent out central defenders one which is an aging midfielder, who can run as much now and a 37 year old, with a young 19 years old in his first season to give them cover, he F ED his team over, by dong that and not giving better cover to an extremely weak defence and then he went 5 forward and 5 defending, thinking he is now a basketball coach

This is part of the problem with fans like Flex, last season was not amazing or even great, before the world cup we were doing OK, same as Rashford, after the world cup we started doing better, as with Rashford, after the carling cup the form left us, as with Rashford, take out the improved 3 months between world cup and carling and we would have finished around 8th, also Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs were really poor for most of the season, so not a massive level of drop off, one player was his normal crap and the 3 teams that played awful last season played a bit better this season, but remember last season everyone screaming that Antony should be dropped, but ETH kept picking him and saying he playing well.

Flex your being toxic at this point. With fans like you what club needs enemies. Not 2 years ago your flying in Ajax fans going on and on about how great Teen Hag is and could be with the proper structure. Now 18 months later after 60 plus injuries, 30 different cb pairrings, no LB, now we're playing a CDM at CB who is failing horrifically, a RB at LB who is failing miserably, the midfield has an 18 year old playing with injury on 1 leg running the United midfield, Eriksen who is done, and Mount in his 1st start, then a front line with a 19 year old that can't complete a 5 yard pass, and a 21 year old and your screaming "he needs to show me something." We know we know injuries aren't an excuse, for 5 year old old's that can't yet process that there are circumstance beyond anyone's control that can impact a season. But you go on crying for another managers head with childlike reasoning.

And so far INEOS have done nothing, a new CEO will be joining 6 months after they arrived, as will Ashworth, so no real benefits from INEOS being in charge until summer 2025 as the people to build the structure and system of management are not at the club as of yet and that is poor, they should have paid the fees and got them in, United need to start rebuilding the football team NOW, but they cant as the builders have not been employed yet.

But every single Dutch manager has pretty much failed in England over the last 30 years. A couple of FA Cup and League Cup wins but mainly failure. Frank de Boer, Rene Meulensteen, Dick Advocaat, Ruud Guillit, Martin Jol, Ronald Koeman, Louis van Gaal and Guus Hiddink so ETH is gonna struggle but i want him to see out his contract at least.
