I can't believe rival fans can have a more constructive and reasonable conversation regarding the manager and players than the actual united fans that are constantly on the channel.

More than half the current squad arrived/came through AFTER ten Hag was appointed.
Against Palace 7 players were signed/loaned under ten Hag, add to that Mainoo & Garnacho were promoted under him which is 9 players under his watch. Only Dalot and AWB were from previous managers. If his signings threw him under the bus then it clearly shows he isn't fit to be a manager of Utd 😂😂😂

I can’t understand why is it we as United fans constantly go through this year after year with management the managers are always the ones to go and the same players are still here the same players that check out the same players that don’t wanna do no more. A manager can only convince a player to a certain extent, and give them instructions and if The player chooses not to follow along then he’s not gonna follow along so I guess we gonna keep repeating the same process keep firing one manager after another manager after another manager, but the same Players are still here and that’s crazy.

Regarding the injuries, the pushback you're talking about is coming from a small portion of the fanbase Flex. You're trying to push your own agenda. Plus that many injuries (particularly an unsettled defence) does make a big difference when it comes to organization and instinctively understanding positions. Arsenal lost ONE defender half way through last season in Saliba and it derailed not only their entire defensive shape but the season as a whole. We lost just about every single defender. If anything, I'm more worried about what's going on in training that is causing this. I guess it could be bad luck but the frequency of the injuries is concerning

What kind of manager is INEOS looking for.
The answers have been given to us by Sir Jim anyone with half a brain can tell
1, We will not buy Mbappe we wil build our own - they need a manager with a proven track record in youth development
2, The manager shouldnt be reporting to a CEO there should be a hierachy with a Sporting Director at the top - The person has to be comfortable working as a head coach reporting into that hierachy.
3, We will have a game model that trickles to all age levels - Berada was part of the team that had a certain dutch manager on their hit list to replace pep coz he was in the same frame for how his teams play.
4, Discipline and proper culture and structure are key Sir Jim, Sir Dave and Ashworth - Their head coach should be one who is strict when it comes to discipline and proper culture.
Lastly, Sir Jim said top and successful managers have come to Utd and failed and its cant be that they were all bad. INEOS will do things differently "We will not run to wrong decisions but will walk to right decisions"
So how do all the managers who are being linked to the Utd job match up to those 4 requirements.
Tuchel doesnt pass for 3 of them..and in my view is no where near the Utd job

Would rather anyone else but Tuchel (def NOT Southgate also) as good as he might seem or acclaim to be...he's never been at a club without any hassle orchestrated or following him. IF players can't handle minor criticism under ETH then God help them when Tuchel's in front of the camera and the watching World. He's openly criticized the PSG, Dortmund, Chelsea and Bayern Munich players...
So why would he be a good fit for the riff-raff we have, we need a manager who's able to control their emotions, remain steadfast with their convictions and philosophy and that's why I still want ETH to at the very least work under a sole football-based environment next season.

And assuming you are right, shouldn't ETH have upgraded the squad where there were deficiencies? After all, we've been dominated in midfield most games since the league cup final.

It doesn't have to be one or the other. In any case, this is a totally different team to what SAF had. I would argue player power started in LVG's second season, after his second summer transfer window clear out. He didn't get his priority signings and the ones he did get weren't good enough, but i think that's when the ego's started to kick in. The players realised they could get a manager sacked if they didn't like him, and so the cycle began. Moyes and LVG in his first season still had a lot of the 2012/13 title winning squad. Moyes was clearly out of his depth, but LVG qualified for the CL in his first season.

This is part of this modern mentality of spouting off and letting your emotions rule without accepting any responsibility at all for consequences. (A bit like most of our squad).
Some of these ETH out fans who refuse to consider keeping him for the length of his current contract and judging him on the number of finals and the silverware he has won, these fans call the ETH supporters deluded etc. They try to say we are ignoring things and sweeping the bad stuff that we don't want to acknowledge under the rug.

Maybe you're right. Maybe Southgate can transform our style. I just can't see it myself, but I will concede it's a possibility. ETH out fans don't talk a lot about why they think Southgate will be better though so we have to fill in the blanks.

TEN HAG has failed. Injuries are caused by his training methods. His tactics are horrible. Lopetegui was fired at Madrid for poor results,no player was blamed for this. There's always reasons for increased injuries. It's not always just "unlucky". Isn't the coaching staff partially responsible for the condition of their players?
I understand the negative sentiment. But I keep hearing the reasons for ETH being fired as things beyond his control.
Reason 1 He's bad at recruitment - ETH has had 16 transfers, 8 out of those 16 have been loans and free transfers. Do you really believe that a manager wants to build a title challenging team with 50% recruited via loans and free transfers? So was it his doing?
Reason 2 - He can't get the players to follow him - We have literally seen at United a manager utilize the most extreme methods on the soft side and the hard side. He's coddled them by giving them game time when they are in bad form and he's even arranged for months off to get their head right. And on the reverse side, he's dropped players, subbed them at half time, kicked them out the dressing room, kicked them out of the club. The man has literally done everything besides attacking them physically to discipline them yet it has no effect. Could it be that they are on such high wages that it costs the club whenever they don't play? Could it be that the players know this and are exercising player power in a dysfunctional club?
Reason 3 - No style of play - ETH has a style of play; United does not have a style of play. He does not have the players to play his style. United's recruitment even before he arrived did not have a style of play in mind when players were brought in. It's actually embarrassing that our Recruitment department seemed to be rudderless for over 10 years, at no point have players been brought in who had characteristics that suited United's style. It was almost a scattershot approach. No-one can realistically identify why players were bought. Then you appoint ETH and give him only 2 windows because he's never had a proper January window and somehow he magically fixes over 10 years of squad neglect.
Some ppl are just lacking in logic and reason. I am confused as to what fans expected.
All we have is the hope that SJR will get it right. Imagine United fans are treating CEO and DoF appointments like new signings. That's where the club is at right now. A CEO, DoF and Tech Director are appointed that actually know their job and we celebrate like Christmas has come early. So let's be fair to ETH and give him till the end of the year under the new structure and make a decision then.

We have had six managers, some of them world class, since Fergie retired. Same results. When do we start realizing the players do not have the same mentality and skills that was there since Fergie.
