  • Today is the world mental health day, which makes it the right time to talk about self-care. Self-care is an integral part of our emotional hygiene. Learning to take care of our physical and emotional needs is important to our well-being. Simple self-care rituals can go a long way in enhancing your mental well being.

    Hey, I am a therapist, and I love self care and loving myself. I find it difficult to satisfy my emotional needs and psychosocial needs. Friends never came easy to me, and it took me time to form meaningful friendships with people. I am introverted and it takes me time to make friends with people. I am also a counselor and psychologist. I love helping others and trying to make connections with others like me.
