Hey... Sorry for commenting suddenly with a query.... But I really need your help. I'm planning to start preparing for my masters in psychology in Delhi. But I'm confused about what books I should get. And what college entrances should I give in Delhi? It would be great if you could guide me. As I'm stressed a lot and no one is able to guide me.
Hi I am 17year old need your advice. I have developed emotion like when I get angry i make my legs finger cross each other same whith hand . It doesn't mean to cross all finger . I mean half finger tilted. I also had a disorder in which I consumed 8 spoon salt when I get scared or stressed out. A lot of study work impact me , and in my family whole members fight all day I even can't share that I want to see therapist. It's just whole a mess for me. After so much my dadi has cancer. I also like feel very bad for it. All day I mean they all fight , it impact my studies and if i get less than80 percent then they scream on me only. I hate them
I am sorry to read about your situation. I know one girl who almost has the same situation. But out of all odds she has become an MBBS doctor. She is still struggling with same issues, but nothing has come between her and her dreams. All the problems that we face in our lives are not meant to break us they are actually meant to make us. In my experience I have learnt what ever problems I have got in my life they have helped me to grow in life. Given if the person does not fall deep in negative space. And comes out victorious. If would be in your place , I would start meditation, meditation helps to keep the mind still in any situation whether bad or good. I read Geeta also, it has helped me a lot. Wish you all the best.

I am recently going through a lot of stress. I am 12 yrs old now and that stress is actually because of school problems. I've had anxiety since this new year of my 7th std. started. Mainly because I think we have a really strict teacher in school and now in online class it is compulsory for all students to keep the camera on. I am a shy girl and when teacher says that she'll randomly ask questions I start sweating and I get terribly scared. Ma'am I know that people have bigger problems in life but because of just one subject and teacher it is affecting my happiness and I am not able to manage my time well in the whole day also. First at the beginning I thought it was ok but now it is going too far. I am stressed, scared and tensed more than happy. Please do reply because this fear is going too far and my mother said to take my to a phsycatrist so I commented here. I know this may sound over dramatized but I can't take my whole year like this. Please do reply me if you have any suggestions on how to overcome my school stress. I have gotten options of exercises but I don't get time. If anyone has any suggestions do please tell me
Hello Beta, You are very very young. When I was 12 years old I had issues like when there will be 6 pm in the clock so I can watch disney hour. After reading your comments looks like you want to do well in your school and that mental pressure of doing well making you stressed. I would suggest just do your best, do not worry about your scores, rank, just study to learn. Take you studies like they are making you learn something new, do not take it as work and some how you need to finish it. Whatever you'll learn will help you in your future not your scores or rank in class this is what I have learnt in my experience. Also try to get some time out for extra curricular activities like Yoga, pranayam, exercise, play any sports, and if possible start reading Geeta. It is the best book it will help you to prepare for the future. Wish you all the best. Don't worry girl, live your life to the fullest.

Mam, I think I less smart than other person. I try to improve my self but I failed
I ask someone mentor they tell me do small task in study and other things and complete in a limited time. but I complete in more time and some time I can't do without help. My weekness is leak of memory. Because leak of memory I can't apply logic also.
Some times I see people with early relationship, alcohol, toxic thing intake but they are better than me.
Apart from study I also think people are clever than me they use me. The make me fool.
