@idae209 You only need to get the batteries slightly charged and then plug in your standard golf cart charger. There is a built in safety device on the golf cart battery charger that will not allow it to charge completely dead batteries.
if i charge only two batteries in series , will the two fully charged batteries automatically charge the other four uncharged batteries? Is there any charge migration of the fully charged batteries to the dead batteries in series?
You can not use a 12 volt charger on an 8 volt battery! You can try a trickle charger and do each battery individually (this will take awhile). The other option is to get a 24 volt battery charger and charge three batteries (wired in series) together. As always use extreme caution when charging batteries.

As long as you only cross two batteries that are in series. This is very important! (follow the cables)

I'm sorry...I'm a little confused. All batteries will have two terminals. One should be marked "+" and the other "-".
