    I went to my local guitar shop to pick up a guitar that had some warranty work done. There was a 00010E on the wall, my wife was with me at the time, so I have to go back next week to pick this 00010E up. I told her my last guitar would be the last. I bought a guitar since I told her that and I will pick this one up too. Donʻt tell her.

    I love mine. Great build and good action right out of the box. Sounds terrific, though as you'd expect quite different than a spruce top. I continue to use the stock Martin Lifespan 2.0 12-54 light gauge strings. Good volume for a smaller body and tons of sustain. Spoon gave a great demo. It's my favorite guitar to play due to the 24.9" scale, 1.75" nut, the 000 size and the performing artist neck profile. My beloved Martin spruce/mahogany dread has taken a back seat now. Comes with a nice light but protective soft case too. I tend to sell my guitars every 3 or 4 years just to have something different, but I'll be keeping this one.

    This guitar, or at least the one I bought, sounded better to my ears than any of the USA made 000s. I had the money to spend, but happily bought this with more than enough left over to buy a Faith Neptune Blood Moon. Another superb instrument, designed in England and hand built in Indonesia.

    I wanted a OOO, a dealer I get gear from offered one to me at such a good price I bit. A pandemic purchase ( the guitarsenal has been expending). I brought it without playing it. It is a remarkable guitar. I put nickel alloy strings on it and couldn’t be happier. Aside from the prestige of buying and American OOO15M, of which I have played many, I can’t imagine feeling I need a better OOO M or S wood guitar. Records great.

    Ahhh! OK, this is what I meant to say on the previous comment: 'After a lot of shopping, I decided on the 000 rs1,but I already knew I didn't really like the sound of the Fishman Sonotone (online, that is. No, I didn't try it in real life) and THAT WEEK they discontinued it and sold what seems to be the only one in town! Of course, it has been replaced with the 000 10e and I wonder if anyone has been able to compare them side by side.

    • @WolfvsHammer
      @WolfvsHammer Před 4 lety +3

      I've tried both, they are almost the same guitars. I don't think it's a tuner on rs1? But very much the same. 10e is yet another improved version i guess. I bought the 10e, the mic (the Fishman Sonotone)has its limitations. But you can safely use this on tour, if thats what you are worry about. But this is my second guitar, so im no expert:-)
